L	Lina Mini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εξαιρετικοί σε όλα τους!!!Γνωστές του ποδηλάτου, με Ευγένεια και Σεβασμό στο πελάτη!!! Επαγγελματίες που ξεχωρίζουν, τιμούν τη δουλειά τους και προκαλούν εμπιστοσύνη. Και αν σπανίζουν αυτά τα χαρακτηριστικά από το σύνολο των επιχειρησεων, σήμερα. Παρήγγειλα, χτες, ποδήλατο για τη κόρη μου από τη Θεσσαλονίκη που έχει έδρα το κατάστημα- να τονίσω ότι διαμένω στην Αθήνα. Ο κύριος που με εξυπηρέτησε, απάντησε σε όλες τις ερωτήσεις μου και προθυμοποιήθηκε να συνδέσει ο ίδιος το ποδήλατο, να το αμπαλαρει κατάλληλα και να το τοποθετήσει σε μεγάλο κουτί, για να μην δυσκολευτω. Σοκ!!!! Κατόπιν με πήρε ξανά τηλ. για να μου αναφέρει ότι δεν συνέδεσε μόνο το τιμόνι και τις βοηθητικές ρόδες γιατί δεν χωραγαν στο κουτί. Παράλληλα με ενημέρωσε ότι τοποθέτησε μέσα ότι εργαλεία χρειάζομαι για να τα συνδέσω η ίδια και με παρότρυνε, αν δυσκολευτω, να τον καλέσω για να μου δώσει οδηγίες μέσω βιντεοκλήσης!!!!! Σήμερα μεσημέρι παρέλαβα το ποδήλατο, συνδεδεμένο άρτια από εκείνον, όπως μου υποσχέθηκε, από την μεταφορική εταιρεία με την οποία συνεργάζονται!!! Δεν συνηθίζω να γράφω στις αξιολογήσεις, όμως το καλό πρέπει να τονίζεται και να υπερτονίζεται γιατί, πια, αποτελεί είδος προς εξαφάνιση. Συγχαρητήρια στους ανθρώπους της Custom bicycles και σε όλους τους υπαλλήλους τους, για την δουλειά, τον επαγγελματισμό, τον τρόπο , την εξυπηρέτηση και τον σεβασμό τους προς το αντικείμενο και τους πελάτες τους. Αν και ειμαι από Αθήνα, σίγουρα θα σας ξαναπροτιμησω και θα σας συστήσω!!! Ευχαριστώ θερμά κι εγώ και η κόρη μου, όλους εσάς, για την άψογη εξυπηρέτηση, το υπέροχο ποδήλατο και την άμεση παράδοση!!! And if these characteristics are rare among all businesses today. Yesterday, I ordered a bicycle for my daughter from Thessaloniki, where the store is located - to emphasize that I live in Athens. The gentleman who served me, answered all my questions and was willing to connect the bike himself, to pack it properly and to place it in a big box, so that I would not have any difficulty. Shock!!!! Then he called me again to tell me that he did not just connect the steering wheel and the auxiliary wheels because they did not fit in the box. At the same time she informed me that she put in that tools I need to connect them herself and urged me, if I have difficulty, to call him to give me instructions via video call !!!!! Today at noon I received the bicycle, fully connected by him, as promised, by the transport company with which they cooperate !!! I'm not used to writing in reviews, but the good should be emphasized and overemphasized because, now, it is an endangered species. Congratulations to the people of Custom bicycles and all their employees, for their work, professionalism, manner, service and respect for the object and their customers. Although I am from Athens, I will definitely prefer you again and I will recommend you !!! Thank you very much me and my daughter, all of you, for the impeccable service, the wonderful bike and the immediate delivery !!!
