G	Greg B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έκλεισα ραντεβού για να αλλάξω τη μεμβράνη llumar που είχα τοποθετήσει στο ίδιο πάλι μαγαζί και δυστυχώς ήταν γεμάτη φουσκάλες και ενώ τους είχα ενημερώσει μία εβδομάδα πριν ότι θα ερχόμουν από μακριά (Ξάνθη) και ότι ο χρόνος μου ήταν περιορισμένος, όταν πήγα στις 10 το πρωί με την οικογένεια μου, διότι δεν μπορούσα να τους αφήσω πουθενά στη Θεσσαλονίκη, με μεγάλη μου έκπληξη διαπίστωσα ότι δεν ήταν κανείς υπεύθυνος και ο υπάλληλος που ήταν εκείνη την στιγμή στο μαγαζί με ενημέρωσε, μετά από τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία που είχε με τον ιδιοκτήτη, ότι δεν ήταν δυνατόν να γίνει η αλλαγή σήμερα διότι είχε δουλειές ο ίδιος και ο άλλος υπάλληλος είχε πρόβλημα υγείας. Ολες αυτές οι δικαιολογίες είναι δεκτές και ανθρώπινες αλλά όπως του είπα και στο τηλέφωνο που τον κάλεσα στη συνέχεια διότι ο ίδιος δεν μπήκε καν στο κόπο να μου μιλήσει στο τηλέφωνο, όφειλε στο όνομα της εταιρείας που αντιπροσωπεύει να με ενημερώσει ότι υπήρχε πρόβλημα και έπρεπε να αναβάλλουμε το ραντεβού και όχι να το μάθω εγώ κατά τύχη όταν πήγα στο μαγαζί και έβαλα σε ταλαιπωρία όλη μου την οικογένεια. Εννοείται ότι ενημέρωσα την εταιρεία llumar για το συμβάν η οποία και μου απάντησε άμεσα. Of course, I informed the llumar company about the incident, which responded to me immediately.

Άμεση και γρήγορη εξυπηρέτηση. Φιλικό προσωπικό. Άριστη δουλειά σε όλες τις εργασίες. Πολύ καλό αποτέλεσμα! Πολλές φουσκαλες στα φινιστρινια απο τις μπροστά πόρτες, και αρκετές στα πίσω τζάμια...μέτριο κόψιμο στις άκρες των τζαμιών. Μάλιστα όταν ρώτησα γιατί το πίσω τζαμι έχει τόσες μικρές φουσκάλες, η απάντηση που πήρα ηταν ότι δεν μπορεί να γινει τέλεια τοποθέτηση και θα υπάρχουν φούσκες (ειχε αρκετες, και οχι 1-2), και ότι κάποιες θα φύγουν με τον καιρό. Καμία δεν έφυγε. Τέλος από τις πρωτες κιόλας μέρες η μία απο τις μπροστά μεμβράνες έκανε γρατζουνιές με το απλό ανεβοκατεβασμα του τζαμιού. Σε αυτό μπορεί να φταίει το αμάξι βέβαια, οπότε δεν το καταλογίζω στην τοποθέτηση. Γενικά για τοποθέτηση μεμβρανών στα τζάμια, δεν υπάρχει η προσοχη και η αφοσίωση που θα έπρεπε. Στις υπόλοιπες υπηρεσιες που προσφερουν ισως ειναι καλοί. Ένα πλας η σχετικά καλή τιμη, για αυτό και τα 3 αστέρια. Moderate placement of tinted film on the windows.
