Γιατί γράφεται ότι είστε ανοιχτά μέχρι τις 19.30 ....?
18.30 που ήμουν εκεί, όπως και πολλοί άλλοι ήταν κλειστά.
Ο κόσμος πλέον παίρνει πληροφορίες από το διαδίκτυο
Τόσο δύσκολο είναι να αλλάξετε τα ωράρια στην ιστοσελίδα σας...? Λίγη υπευθυνότητα στην Ελλάδα του 2021 ρε παιδιά

18.30 I was there, like many others was closed.
People now get information from the internet
It is so difficult to change the hours on your website ...? A little responsibility in Greece in 2021 guys

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτος ένας τόσο μικρός χώρος για να εξυπηρετήσει μια πόλη 40.000 μονίμων κατοίκων. Από κει και πέρα, το προσωπικό κάνει ότι μπορεί. Προσωπικά δεν είχα ποτέ κανένα παράπονο, όλοι οι υπάλληλοι ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικότατοι. Θα έβαζα 5 αστεράκια για το προσωπικό, αλλά βάζω 4 για το κράτος.
Such a small space to serve a city of 40,000 permanent residents is unacceptable. Beyond that, the staff do what they can. Personally I have never had any complaints, all the staff are polite and helpful. I would put 5 stars for the staff, but I put 4 for the state.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαραδεχτοι. Οι μισοι εχουν υφακι λες και σε ξερουν απο χθες και οι αλλοι μισοι βαριουνται που ζουν δεν σου λενε καν καλημερα. Ελάχιστοι οι σωστοι επαγγελματιες/εργαζομενοι εκει μεσα. Υπηρεσιες -1.
Unacceptable. Half of them have a weft as if they have known you since yesterday and the other half are bored that they do not even say good morning to you. Few proper professionals / employees in there. Services -1.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ως κτιριακη εγκατάσταση είναι απαράδεκτη. Ειδικά για εποχή πανδημίας Χωρίς χώρο αναμονής για τους πολίτες. Ουσιαστικά έχει 5-6 καθίσματα σε έναν στενό διάδρομο και οι υπόλοιποι εκτός κτιρίου, όρθιοι . Η υπάλληλος υποδοχής φώναζε συνεχώς όπως η νηπιαγωγος στα νήπια. Οι 2 πρώτοι υπάλληλοι που απευθύνθηκα δεν ήξεραν να διευθετησουν το θέμα μου και ήταν αδιάφοροι. Η 3η υπάλληλος τελικά εξυπηρετικοτατη και καταρτισμενη.
As a building installation it is unacceptable. Especially for a pandemic season No waiting area for citizens. It basically has 5-6 seats in a narrow corridor and the rest outside the building, standing. The receptionist kept shouting like a toddler. The first 2 employees I addressed did not know how to settle my issue and were indifferent. The 3rd employee is finally very helpful and trained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there on Monday morning and then I had to go back in the afternoon I arrived at 2pm and the door was closed. There were people inside but one guy told me that we are closed. The working hours on Monday says 8am-3pm...
