★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were traveling to a Third World country to deliver a handful of humanitarian aid items. We’ve stopped in this office to get some necessary paperwork done. The rudeness, incompetence and lack of cooperation on the part of the personnel was shameful. Unworthy of an office subscribing to European values and standards.
