I doubt that the Art Director who did my haircut was sorry whatsoever! I should have trusted the previous negative reviews, but unfortunately I didn’t. As previously customer reviews stated: 1)You ask for a specific style and you get something completely different. 2)Indeed you are getting to be blamed if the result is different from the one you asked. 3)Don’t you dare to say that you are not happy… The Art Director will treat you hostile. The hair consultation that you claim it took place it did not. That should have been enough for me to walk away. Unfortunately I did not. I will not recommended any else to do the same mistake. If you do go to this saloon make sure to have at least a discussion first and if you do not as in my case, just walk away. The risk is not worth it. I wasn’t listened to; my problem was not acknowledged and definitely was not solved. Indeed as your site claims "A woman who cuts her hair is about to change her life”, but unfortunately in your saloon there is big risk attached toit , if it goes in the right or in the wrong way. I will not indulge you with any of my personal photos online and it’s funny talking about being fair and honest when you talk about a consultation that did not take place at least in my case. Worst experience ever!!Wanted to have a bob haircut. Instead i ended up have my hair so sort, almost like i had a mens haircut!!! There is nothing i can do now to get it fixed, but only but waiting for many months for them to grow a bit. I had shown a photo of how i wanted my hair and the result is now where near! I came back home and everyone was shocked with my hair- not in a good way!

The worst haircut ever! I just wanted to cut my ends on the long hair and ended up with too short hair and with look like some animal was biting me all around. Till my hair grows up enough that I can go to some other place to fix it, I'll have a ponytail. Maybe there is someone who is good, but even one bad quality worker is downgrading your whole business. And neck and head massage better to leave for the end where it's more needed. For sure I'll never come again!

The haircut was absolutely terrible, we have agreed at the consultation that the length of my hair will exceed my chest, but instead my hair reach with difficulty the upper size of my chest, I want to add here that when I entered the salon my hair had the length of my back. ( I lost ten " fingers " of length).also while the haircut was in progress I couldn't see what was cut of since I wasn't face the mirror. The color is OK . I paid 120 euros to chop of my half hair become blonde. That was the first and the last session , I should have known since No one has long hair at this salon. Ps my hair is wavy and he knew that
