He made a comment on her appearance, saying she needed to take a shower, because her hair was in a bun! Disrespectful to say the least… Maybe they should consider treating their customers with more respect next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife, little sons (11 months and 3 years old) and I went with Fast Ferries from Rafina to Tinos. The kids travelled for free and also the prices for us were more than ok. The ferry was on time both for the departure and arrival. The cruise itself was convenient and the crew was nice and courteous.
All in all our experience with Fast Ferries was satisfactorily and we will consider Fast Ferries for our next cruises again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Garage is a sardine-packed zoo.. Everything from the service, seating area, garage, and disembarking was a disorganized mess.. Left early, arrived an hour late. No direction or helpfulness. Not one of the employees were smiling or seemed to enjoy their jobs. Golden Star Ferries is far superior for about the same price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On Andros fast ferry today. They charged me extra for sitting in airline style seats. I paid as I was unwilling to sit on a chair in a corridor on a swaying ship. However I made clear my objections due to the fact that there was no info about this anywhere. To which she pointed to a tiny sign which you can read only from a 50cm away, in a loud unprofessional manner. Some other passengers who where in these seats left while she was there, and returned later, they where not charged!
