★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είχα επικοινωνήσει 3 φορές. Την πρώτη φορά μέσω email και με πήραν τηλέφωνο, με ενημέρωσαν για την τιμή και μου είπαν πως θα με πάρουν το απόγευμα για κανονίσουμε τα υπόλοιπα. Δεν με πήραν ποτέ. Τις επόμενες δύο φορές επικοινώνησα ο ίδιος τηλεφωνικά μαζί τους και τους άφησα τα στοιχεία μου, πάλι δεν με πήραν ποτέ. Η πρώτη μου επικοινωνία ήταν πριν 2 εβδομάδες, οι άλλες δυο την προηγούμενη εβδομάδα.
 I had contacted 3 times. The first time via email and they called me, informed me about the price and told me that they would pick me up in the afternoon to arrange the rest. They never took me. The next two times I contacted them by phone and left them my details, again they never took me. My first contact was 2 weeks ago, the other two last week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST SHIPPING COMPANY EVER! FIRST LOT OF PAPERWORK.RUDE STAFF NOT WILLING TO HELP AND MISUNDERSTANDING COMMUNICATION. THE PERSON IN CHARGE DIDNT EVEN KNOW THEIR ASSOCIATE WHO WOULD BRING MY STAFF TO MY HOUSE.ALSO THEY REQUESTED PAYMENT BEFORE MY SHIPMENT ARRIVE IN ANY CONDITION.TERRIBLE ORGANISATION.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My overall experience with this company at first was fine but my last 2 sendings (Greece to Cyprus) & (Cyprus to Greece) were frustrating
A pay cash every time after seeing that my cargo is at the destination secured... suddenly it was a problem without informing me at first. Now they gave me the option to do as they say, pay without seeing if my shipment is as I send it ( perfect condition)
Or I can go and pick it up myself.
That is not professional leaving me like this.
My statement is as clear as water ...
Bring me the shipment to the destination I gave the company, after I check it, I pay immediately.
But why easy if you can complicate the procedure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sent a box from Cyprus to Greece,i informed that the person in Greece will pay when they receive the parcel and they told me it's ok.
After a few days a lady phoned me screaming in a rude way at me because i didn't pay off the statement !! I explained her and the answer was WHO TOLD YOU THAT??
They gave me me only the choice by paying by bank transfer to an account in greek bank,so i paid also the commission of the bank!!! 20 days after,my parcel doesn't have left Cyprus!!!
