The five stars go to the girl who is a security guard! It may seem strict but thanks to her I was served many times without knowing her! Everything is in the man! (If the other wants to serve he will do it, if he does not want he will find a thousand excuses! )

Και το ένα αστέρι αναγκαστικά το βάζω εννοείται ότι είστε για μηδεν !! You are unacceptable, for two and a half hours now we have no electricity in Triglia .. we did not even have time to cook and this is not enough, the electricity comes and goes, if you burn our electrical appliances, who will replace the damage ???? And the one star I necessarily put it means you are for zero !!
χ	χρηστoς Κοζ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ειναι η ντροπη του Εθνους μας κ αυτοι οι απιθανοι το επιβεβαιωνουν καθημερινα.Με χρεωναν 7χρονια επαγγελματικο τιμολογιο σε σπιτι...κ εδω κ 4 μηνες που το διαπιστωσα ...δεν κανουν τπτ.συνεχιζουν να μου στελνουν λογαριασμους επαγγελματικου τιμολογιου!!!ΑΠΙΘΑΝΟΙ.ο συνηγορος του πολιτη θα αναλαβει δραση απο δω κ περα.... It is the shame of our Nation and these incredible people confirm it every day. They charged me 7 years of professional invoice at home ... and here and 4 months that I found out ... they do not do anything. .the citizen's lawyer will take action from now on ....

K	Kiki Fotiou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν απαντάνε ποτέ στο επίσημο τηλέφωνο που είναι αναρτημένο στο google ,ήθελα να ήξερα , προιστάμενος δεν υπάρχει να επιβλέπει??μήπως υπάρχει κάποιος ανώτερος που ασχολείται πραγματικά με τα προβλήματα των καταναλωτών??? θα προσπαθήσω ακόμη μία φορά να επικοινωνήσω και θα σας ενημερώσω. They never answer the official phone that is posted on google, I wanted to know, there is no supervisor to supervise ?? is there a senior who really deals with consumer problems ??? I will try again to contact and let you know.
e	esther martin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have tried so many times to contact DEI I really wonder why they have a telephone number as noone ever answers the phone ,I wish I had never renewed my contract with them.Now I`ll have to travel all the way to Moundania to get some results .If only just once someone would answer the phone.
P	Paul Dawg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Greek bureaucracy at it's finest. The waiting times are a living hell, the efficiency of the staff must not exceed 3%. Be advised if you are a foreigner it will consume your whole morning and you may end up not doing the job you needed to at all, try to be there as early as possible 8-9 o clock in the morning cause trust me you'll wait a lot. While waiting there we found one of the staff members coming outside for a ''quick'' smoke break, which of course lasted at least 20 mins, tried to ask him a simple question and the answer was ''can't you see I'm on a break now''. Everything wrong with Greece summed up in one organisation, ΔΕΗ.
