Ηρθαν στο σπιτι αμεσα, αφου ειδαν πως δεν επιδιορθωνονταν επι τοπου την πηραν στο μαγαζι τους και Αυθημερον μου την επεστρεψαν επισκευασμενη. Αψογοι επαγγελματιες! I notified them for kitchen repair. Το τελείωσαν και ζήτησαν 150€. Μην τολμήσετε να ξαναπλησιάσετε. Μέγιστοι απατεώνες. Τ	Τριανταφυλλιά Καρδάμη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δύο φορές πέσαμε στην ανάγκη αυτών των ανθρώπων και ελπίζω να μην τριτώσει. Την πρώτη φορά παρουσιάστηκε πρόβλημα με το ψυγείο και ζητήσαμε να το ελέγξουν και να μας ενημερώσουν για την τιμή επισκευής. Δεν ενημερωθήκαμε ποτέ , το παραλάβαμε επισκευασμένο και ζήτησαν 120 ευρώ για την δουλειά τους . Πρώτο εγκεφαλικό αλλά όταν δεν γνωρίζεις τι να κάνεις , την πατάς. Την δεύτερη φορά λόγω συγκυριών ζητήσαμε πάλι την βοήθεια τους (για το ίδιο ψυγείο) . Έμπαινε , έβγαινε ο μηχανικός στο σπίτι, δεν μιλούσε, δεν λαλούσε . Έβαλε ένα ανταλλακτικό, τσουπ 70 ευρώ. Κανονικά λέει είναι 80. Τι να πω. Η κλεψιά σε όλο της το μεγαλείο. Προσωπικά θεωρώ πως ένας σωστός επαγγελματίας θα δει το πρόβλημα και αν τιμάει αυτό που κάνει θα σε ενημερώσει γι αυτό, το κόστος και αν θεωρεί εκείνος βάσει εμπειρίας ότι αξίζει να επισκευαστεί . Έπειτα την απόφαση σαφώς την παίρνει ο πελάτης. Twice we have fallen into the need of these people and I hope it does not fade. A	Anna Papadimitriou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εκμεταλλεύτηκε προς όφελος του την άγνοιά μου. Ήρθε και πήρε το ψυγείο μου λέγοντάς μου πως έχει πρόβλημα στο μοτέρ με έξοδα επισκευής 250. Μου έφερε ένα άλλο για αντικατάσταση, μεταχειρισμένο το οποίο προσπάθησε να μου πουλήσει για 250. Όταν του ζήτησα πίσω το ψυγείο μου ενώ μου είπε ότι θα το πάει για απόσυρση, μου είπε ότι αυτό δεν γίνεται καθώς του έχει βάλει μοτέρ και λειτουργεί, ενώ δεν του το είχα ζητήσει. Με χρέωνε 150 από τα 250 για να πάρω πίσω το ψυγείο μου και 35 για τις 2 μέρες που κράτησα το δικό του. Η στάση του ήταν αντιεπαγγελματική τουλάχιστον. Το αποτέλεσμα ήταν να κρατήσει και το δικό μου ψυγείο και να πάρει και αυτό που μου είχε αφήσει. Φυσικά δεν πήρε ευρώ. He took advantage of my ignorance. Όταν ειδοποιήθηκε για τη νέα βλάβη ήρθε για 5 λεπτά, πρόσθεσε φρέον και ζήτησε 100 €. Φυσικά το ψυγείο δεν λειτούργησε και ζήτησα τα χρήματα πίσω και τότε μου είπε να του πάω το ψυγείο εγώ στο μαγαζί του για να το φτιάξει. Whatever you say is a little.
