Μετά από χρόνια κατάφερα να αποκτήσω σωστές διατροφικές συνήθειες κ μια υγιή σχέση με το φαγητό.. μιας κ στο παρελθόν αντιμετωπιζα πρόβλημα βουλιμιας! Ότι κ να πω για εκείνη είναι λίγο... Το διατροφικό πλάνο που ακολούθησα ήταν πλήρης από όλες τις απόψεις, δεν ένιωσα ποτέ ότι στερούμαι κάτι. Φοβερή επιστήμονας και πολύ καλός Άνθρωπος. Την συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα. Excellent nutritionist! Καταρτισμένη και με κατανόηση, θα είναι και διατροφολόγος, και coach και θα σε ενθαρρύνει τις στιγμές της διατροφής που είναι δύσκολα να μείνεις στο στόχο σου! Στα έξτρα θετικά ότι οι συνεδρίες και το πρόγραμμα διατροφής είναι σε φυσιολογικά και οικονομικά πλαίσια που μπορεί να ανταπεξέλθει κάποιος. Θα την επιλέξω ξανά! Very sweet man!
