An exceptional and beautiful place. I have tried facial treatments with the excellent Hope with her magical hands with an excellent result and a manicure with the amazing Olina who does acritel for me in record time !!!!! very clean space and all the staff is with a huge smile and inexhaustible kindness. all protection measures against covid are also observed. C	Chrysa Tsour on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν κατάφερα να χρησιμοποιήσω τις υπηρεσίες της επιχείρησης αυτής, διότι πήγα στο ραντεβού μου (για ημιμονιμο μανικιουρ) και δεν με εξυπηρέτησαν. Στην αρχή μου είπαν πως καθυστέρησε το προηγούμενο ραντεβού μετά τελικά επικαλέστηκαν πως καθυστέρησε η υπάλληλος και μου είπαν πως για να εξυπηρετηθώ θα πρέπει να περιμένω 45λεπτά μετά το ραντεβού μου. Επιπλέον, σχολίασαν πως κάτι τέτοιο δεν τους έχει ξανά συμβεί (παρότι οι ίδιοι το δημιούργησαν αλλά αυτό δεν το κατάλαβαν καν) και πως οφείλετε σε λάθος συννενόηση μιας και είναι καινούργιο μαγαζί. Το καλύτερο ήταν η κλήση που δέχθηκα αφότου έφυγα, όπου μου είπαν "όταν θα μας καλέσετε για το επόμενο ραντεβού, θα έχετε δώρο ένα μασάζ". Θεωρήθηκε αυτονόητο, ότι μετά από μία τέτοια αντιμετώπιση θα επιλέξω να ξανά πάω να πληρώσω για να δεχθώ ένα μασάζ. Θα πρέπει να καταλάβουν πως το περιστατικό αυτό είναι ζήτημα κακής διαχείρησης και εν συνεχεία λάθος αντιμετώπισης του πελάτη. I was not able to use the services of this company because I went to my appointment (for a semi-permanent manicure) and they did not serve me. At first they told me that the previous appointment was delayed, then they finally claimed that the employee was late and told me that in order to be served I would have to wait 45 minutes after my appointment. In addition, they commented that something like this has never happened to them again (although they created it themselves but they did not even understand it) and that you owe it to a misunderstanding since it is a new store. The best thing was the call I received after I left, where they told me "when you call us for the next appointment, you will have a massage as a gift". It was taken for granted that after such a treatment I would choose to go again to pay to receive a massage. They need to understand that this incident is a matter of mismanagement and then mishandling of the customer.

Επίσης, στο χώρο του κομμωτηρίου μου πέτυχαν την πιο ωραία απόχρωση καστανού για εμένα, ενώ το κούρεμα με βόλεψε απίστευτα! Το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό, έμεινα απολύτως ευχαριστημένη με τις προσφερόμενες υπηρεσίες! Ένας χώρος ευεξίας και αναζωογόνησης! Wonderful place, very bright and pleasant! Awesome duration on fingernails with semi-permanent paint, very careful and detailed work! Also, in my hair salon, they achieved the most beautiful shade of brown for me, while the haircut was incredibly comfortable for me! The staff very kind and helpful, I was completely satisfied with the services offered! A place of wellness and rejuvenation!

Θέλω να ευχαριστήσω τις κοπέλες Σοφία (reception), Φανή και Ιωάννα (Νύχια), Κική (Μασάζ), Ελπίδα (Περιποίηση Προσώπου) και την Μαρία (Μαλλιά). Υπέροχο αποτέλεσμα, φανταστική χαλάρωση και το ευχαριστώ είναι λίγο. Θα σας ξαναέρθω σύντομα σίγουρα Fantastic space, impeccable service, very affordable prices, friendly environment (that is, everything I did was fantastic). Πολύ όμορφα επιπλωμένος και διακοσμημένος, τόσο όσο. Παίζει χαλαρωτική μουσική και θετική ατμόσφαιρα. Η κυρία στην υποδοχή ήταν αρκετά ευγενική και μας πρόσφερε γαλλικός καφές όσο περιμέναμε. Έκανα πεντικιούρ ημιμόνιμο γαλλικό και έμεινα ικανοποιημένη από το αποτέλεσμα και γενικά από την δουλειά της Φανής που μου έκανε τέλεια περιποίηση. Ευχαριστώ πολύ, θα ξαναπροτιμήσω της υπηρεσίες του σπα Dandelion στο Εύοσμο. I am very happy with the service of the store staff. Large, comfortable, bright and very pleasant space. I did a semi-permanent French pedicure and I was satisfied with the result and in general with the work of Fani who treated me perfectly.
