Έδωσα το χαρτί στην φαρμακοποιό και αφού μου έφερε τα φάρμακα και μου είπε την τιμή, την ρώτησα τον λόγο που είναι τόσο ακριβά από την στιγμή που είναι γραμμένα. Εκείνη μου απάντησε ότι δεν είναι γραμμένα και ότι το φάρμακο αυτό είναι ακριβό. Έχοντας πονοκέφαλο από την αρρώστια και θέλοντας να γυρίσω πίσω στο σπίτι γρήγορα παραμέλησα να κοιτάξω τα μέιλ μου. Το έκανα μετά σπίτι και αφού είδα ότι μου το είχε γράψει κανονικά η γιατρός το φάρμακο τηλεφώνησα στο φαρμακείο να τους ενημερώσω για να μου κάνουν επιστροφή του 75% και να κρατήσουν την συμμετοχή. Η απάντηση τους ήταν "είναι αδύνατον, από την στιγμή που έχει κοπεί απόδειξη δεν μπορεί να ακυρωθεί ούτε να γίνει επιστροφή" το μόνο που μου πρότεινε ήταν να μου βάλει το 6% του κόστους του φαρμάκου σε πίστωση για επόμενες αγορές! Όντας καινούριος στην άυλη συνταγογράφηση, φυσικά τηλεφώνησα σε ένα γειτονικό φαρμακείο στην Αργυρούπολη του κυρίου Ιωάννη Παπαναστασίου ο οποίος με εξυπηρέτησε (χωρίς να έχει κανένα συμφέρον) μου έδωσε την επιστροφή που δικαιούμουν και χαρακτηριστικά μου είπε ότι αυτά που κάνουν είναι ΤΑΡΖΑΝΙΕΣ! Να είναι καλά ο κύριος Γιάννης που με εξυπηρέτησε και εύχομαι ότι καλύτερο στην κα δανιηλ! ΚΡΙΜΑ και ΝΤΡΟΠΗ! I had an intangible prescription and paper with the medication from the doctor. Being new to the intangible prescription, of course I called a neighboring pharmacy in Argyroupoli of Mr. Ioannis Papanastasiou who served me (without having any interest) gave me the return I was entitled to and typically told me that what they are doing is TARZANIES! Μιλώντας με τον γιατρό είχε γίνει καταλάθος καταχώρηση και η κοπέλα είχε δίκιο. Ευχαριστώ πολυ για μια ακόμη φορά. Service and knowledge at an excellent level. C	Costas Arvel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγαμε δύο άτομα με δύο θετικά self test ο καθένας μας και έντονα χαρακτηριστικά συμπτωματα covid. Κάναμε στο συγκεκριμένο φαρμακείο rapid test. Το αποτέλεσμα ήταν αρνητικό. Την επόμενη κάναμε pcr test σε νοσοκομείο και βγήκαμε και οι δύο θετικοί. Ή δεν ξέρουν να πάρουν δείγμα, ή δε κάνουν καθόλου το τεστ και δηλώνουν ότι τους κατέβει ή τέλος τα τεστ τους έχουν πρόβλημα. Ότι και να συμβαίνει, είναι αναξιόπιστοι και εγώ πλήρωσα και έχασα δύο ώρες από τη ζωή μου χωρίς να κάνω δουλειά.
