Excellent service, professionals, my first purchase was for a gift (beautiful!) That needed to be changed due to size, they returned the amount the next day, with absolute reliability. Of course I would buy it again.

Η ποιότητα ήταν ακριβώς αυτη που περίμενα, όπως επίσης και η συσκευασία δώρου. Εννοείται πως θα ξαναπροτιμησω το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα, αφού και η ποικιλία είναι μεγάλη, τα προϊόντα value for money και το προσωπικό πάντα χαμογελαστό! Σας ευχαριστώ πολύ που φροντισατε να δώσω το δώρο στην ώρα του! ?
Excellent service! I wanted something that was not immediately available in the physical store and the person in charge made sure that I received it the very next day. The quality was exactly what I expected, as was the gift box. Of course I will prefer this store again, since the variety is great, the products value for money and the staff always smiling! Thank you very much for making sure I give the gift on time! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My fiancee and me are planning our wedding this year in August in Germany-Stuttgart. In March of this year we visited Thessaloniki and in parallel we searched there for our wedding rings. After a long search we decided to buy them in the jeweler shop of Mr. Daskalakis. Besides the nice selection of really special nice wedding rings, we really liked his professional consulting and special service offer. As we had just few days in Thessaloniki Mr. Daskalakis had to send the rings from Greece to Germany, what also worked without any problem at the end. As my fiancee and me are very detailled (especially in the selection of our wedding rings) we had many special requests to Mr. Daskalakis (e.g. placement of the stones, engraving, ...). We mostly liked that Mr. Daskalakis stayed in strong contact with us, also when we arrived back in Germany, and always keeped us updated about the status of the wedding rings. He also send us always photos via email, so that we can see what will be the next step and if we agree. So if you search a jeweler shop with great products and really good service (even after purchase) Mr. Daskalakis is definitely a very good address!
Thanks a lot for your support and to bring us to our dream wedding one step closer! :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my partner visited the shop for a special occasion, as we would buy our wedding rings. Both mr. Daskalakis and his wife were kind and extremely helpful. Although we knew, in advance, exactly what we were looking for, mr. Daskalakis made sure that he explained in detail everything we needed to know. We received our rings after only a short period and at a very good price. Highly recommended, has never let me down so far!
