M	Manos Deltas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παρήγγειλα ένα SFF Dell i7 από το κατάστημα το οποίο θα ερχόταν με αντικαταβολή μέσω speedex. Η τραγική speedex τα έκανε μανταρα και το δέμα μετα από 10 μέρες δεν είχε έρθει... Οι υπεύθυνοι από το κατάστημα μου τηλεφώνησαν χώρις να τους το έχω αναφέρει, για να δουν αν όλα πήγαν καλά με το δέμα μου, ακούγοντας λοιπόν ότι δεν το παρέλαβαν πρότειναν να μου στείλουν άλλο και να παραλάβουν το 1ο δέμα πίσω, το οποίο και αρνηθηκα, επέλεξα να περιμένω και όχι να τους επιβαρύνω, στον προβληματισμό μου μήπως όταν πια βρεθεί το δέμα το δούμε κακοποιημένο πάλι προσφέρθηκαν να αποκαταστήσουν τις ζημιές χωρίς έξτρα κόστος. Το δέμα τελικά ήρθε στις 20 ημέρες. Ομολογώ ότι είμαι εντυπωσιασμένος από τον επαγγελματισμό του προσωπικού και γενικότερα για την πολιτική της εταιρείας. Συγχαρητήρια! Συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα για αγορές! Σας ευχαριστώ και πάλι! I ordered an SFF Dell i7 from the store which would come with cash on delivery via speedex. The tragic speedex made them a mantra and the parcel had not arrived after 10 days ... The people in charge of my store called without me telling them, to see if everything went well with my parcel, so they heard that they did not. They received an offer to send me another and pick up the first parcel back, which I refused, I chose to wait and not to burden them, in my concern whether when the parcel is found we see it abused again they offered to repair the damage at no extra cost. The package finally arrived in 20 days. I confess that I am impressed by the professionalism of the staff and the company's policy in general. Congratulations! I highly recommend this store for shopping! Thank you again!
