Καταφέραμε μετά βίας να μιλήσουμε με κάποιον υπεύθυνο μετά από αμέτρητα τηλέφωνα ο οποίος κάθε μέρα κατόπιν τηλεφωνήματος μας, μέσο της reception του μας λέει να αναμένουμε την οικονομική τους προσφορά έως και το μεσημέρι. Εμείς πάντως προσφορά δεν έχουμε λάβει οπότε θα χρειαστεί να απευθυνθούμε αλλού. Θα ήταν ευγενικό και επαγγελματικό εκ μέρους της εταιρίας DBS να ενημερώνει τους δυνητικούς τις πελάτες αν για κάποιο λόγο δεν επιθυμεί την συνεργασία μαζί τους. Αυτό θα βοηθούσε πολύ και τον δυνητικό πελάτη αλλά και την εταιρία DBS έτσι ώστε να μην χάνετε άσκοπα ο χρόνος τους. Παρεμπιπτόντως μια από τις κριτικές με 5 αστέρια του καταστήματος τις έχει βάλει ο ίδιος ο υπεύθυνος ο οποίος δεν απαντάει στην επικοινωνία μας. Obviously this company doesn't need a job. Το κορυφαίο ήταν τη Δευτέρα το πρωί με κάλεσε ο κ Κωσταντίνος να με ρωτήσει αν την έλαβα. Δεν είχαν στείλει τίποτα. Κ με διαβεβαίωσε ότι θα την στείλει εντός της ημέρας έχουν περάσει άλλες τρείς μέρες τίποτα. Προφανώς δεν έχουν ανάγκη στη συγκεκριμένη εταιρεία απευθυνθείτε κάπου αλλού. Γιατί υποτιμούν την νοημοσύνη μας κ δεν σέβονται τον χρόνο μας. Κ επειδή διάβασα κ άλλα σχόλια κ απαντάνε ότι είναι άλλη εταιρεία εγώ κάλεσα στη dps και μου έδωσαν συνεργάτη τους όπως μου είπαν από την printery. Ευτυχώς που μου δείξατε την ασυνέπεια σας νωρίς κ δεν έμπλεξα μαζί σας. Να είστε καλά. I have been waiting for an answer for a week now.
