★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The employees are nice and friendly as long you don’t need a service. I bought since 10 years staff there and yesterday again an umbrella what they suggested to me. Took it to the beach. After one hour with less wind the umbrella was destroyed.
Wanted to change it today and expected more flexibility. But the arrogant owner Konstantinos pushed my girlfriend back due on her request, with following words: I sell more than 1000 thousands of these umbrellas....do you really think I will send this one back? What do you think should I do with this? It was like go to hell and this is not the way how to deal with customers.
That’s really pity but you can imagine that we will by never again there.
