more than a week waiting for the power to reconnect to a house I rented and we continue ... and on the phones you have to be lucky to catch them otherwise everything says it is busy ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κάκιστη εξυπηρέτηση. Από 7.2 που έχω αναγγείλει βλάβη έως σήμερα 12.2, καλώ καθημερινά με επιμονή και υπομονή παρακαλώντας να πάει το συνεργείο να συνδέσει την παροχή σε μια κολώνα. Το σπίτι ενοικιάζεται και οι ένοικοι μένουν αλλού έως που να διορθωθεί το πρόβλημα. Έχει δημιουργηθεί μεγάλη σύγχυση με αυτό και κανείς δε δείχνει να νοιάζεται για την κατάσταση. Έχω στείλει mail στη ΔΕΔΔΗΕ και ακόμη ψάχνω μια δραστική λύση να το λυθεί το ζήτημα.
Poor service. From 7.2 that I have announced a fault until today 12.2, I call daily with persistence and patience asking the workshop to connect the supply to a column. The house is rented and the tenants stay elsewhere until the problem is fixed. There is a lot of confusion with this and no one seems to care about the situation. I have sent an email to HEDNO and I am still looking for a drastic solution to solve the issue.
