Εκανα κάποια σερβις στο συνεργείο του και σε γενικές γραμμές δεν είχα κάποιο πρόβλημα πέρα από την ασυνέπεια που τον χαρακτήριζε παρά το ότι πάντα έκλεινα ραντεβού 3 - 4 μερες νωρίτερα. Πηγαινα εκει και μπορει για μισή ώρα με 3 τέταρτα να μη μου έδινε σημασία αν και είχαμε ραντεβού. Την τελευταία φορά όμως συνέβησαν τα εξής: ο Α. από το προσωπικό στην προσπάθειά του να ανοίξει την στέκα του καπώ μου έσπασε τη βάση που κρατάει τη στέκα. Φυσικά δεν είπε τίποτα. Το ανακάλυψα αργότερα στο σπίτι. Επίσης ο Α. για να καλύψει την αδυναμία του να κουμπώσει ένα πλαστικό από το ταμπλώ μου είπε πως το έχω βγάλει πολλές φορές (χαχαχαχα ουτε καν) και πως το χάλασα. Πήγε να το βάλει όπως όπως μέχρι που είδα πως δε μπορεί να το κουμπώσει. Θα το άφηνε έτσι και στη πρώτη γούβα θα έπεφτε. Το κούμπωσε τελικά γιατί εγώ του βρήκα το πως κουμπώνει. Και τέλος, πάλι ο Α. άφησε ασύνδετο το σωληνάκι της υποπίεσης με αποτέλεσμα το αυτοκίνητο να γυρνάει από το αέριο στη βενζίνη. Δε μπορεσε ποτέ να βρει τι είχε κάνει λάθος και με άφησε να φύγω με το αυτοκίνητο με πρόβλημα. Το πρόβλημα λύθηκε στον εγκαταστάτη του υγραερίου στην Αθήνα αφού πλήρωσα καύσιμα και 20 ευρώ εργασία. Ουδεποτε επικοινώνησε μετά μαζί μου για να ρωτήσει τι έγινε τελικά. Αυτά τα ολίγα και όλα την ίδια μέρα. Φυσικά δε θα με ξαναδούν. Πλήρως απογοητευμένος, θα εμπιστευτώ αλλού το αυτοκίνητό μου. I did some service in his workshop and in general I did not have any problem other than the inconsistency that characterized him despite the fact that I always made an appointment 3-4 days earlier. I was going there and maybe for half an hour with 3 quarters it didn't matter to me even though we had an appointment. But last time the following happened: A. from the staff in his attempt to open the pole of my hood broke the base that holds the pole. Of course he said nothing. I found out later at home. Also, A. to cover his inability to fasten a plastic from the dashboard told me that I have taken it out many times (hahahaha not even) and that I ruined it. He went to put it as it was until I saw that he could not fasten it. He would leave it like this and fall into the first hole. He finally fastened it because I found out how it fastens. And finally, again A. left the vacuum hose disconnected with the result that the car turns from the gas to the gasoline. He could never find what he had done wrong and let me go by car in trouble. The problem was solved at the LPG installer in Athens after I paid for fuel and 20 euros for work. He never contacted me afterwards to ask what happened. These few and all on the same day. Of course they will not see me again. Completely disappointed, I will trust my car elsewhere.

Η ώρα είναι 15:00 και ακόμη περιμενω να με παρει τηλεφωνο να μου πει για το ανταλλακτικό. Σε κανα διωρακι θα μου είχε απαντήσει. Απλά και κατανοητά τραγικό συνεργειο που δεν σέβεται τον πελάτη. I went today for a problem at my wife's car door (Ford Fiesta) at 9:30 in the morning. The time is 15:00 and I am still waiting for him to call me to tell me about the spare part. He would have answered me in a matter of hours. Simple and understandably tragic crew that does not respect the customer.
