Β	Βικτώρια san on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αυτός ο Σωκράτης- φύλακας - γραφείο πληροφοριών είναι ένας από τους μεγαλύτερους αγενής ανθρώπους προς σε ηλικιωμένους. Ήταν δύο γυναίκες σε ένα γραφείο που δεν ήξεραν πού πάνε τα 4 και όταν οι εξαγριωμένοι φυσικά άνθρωποι κάνανε τα παράπονα τους σε αυτές τις δύο, η πιο μεγάλη από τους δύο φώναζε τον Σωκράτη να τους βγάλει έξω. Η άλλη κυρία στο άλλο γραφείο ήταν πιο εξυπηρετική και έμπειρη . Να φανταστείτε πως ότι έλεγαν ότι δεν μπορούσαν να κάνουν αυτές οι δύο άχρηστες το έκανε αυτή η κυρία. Μια υπάλληλος με ύφος απερίγραπτο που αντί να εξυπηρετεί τον πολίτη μάλλον του κάνει τη ζωή δύσκολη και η οποία αρνήθηκε να μου δώσει το όνομα της όταν το ζήτησα!! Προϊσταμενη που για να της μιλήσεις πρέπει να συννενοεισαι έξω από το γραφειο διότι παρεμποδιζεται η είσοδος του γραφείου με κορδέλες και υπάλληλο φύλαξης!!! Πήρα άδεια από την εργασία μου 2 μέρες και δεν κατάφερα να διεκπεραίωσω την υπόθεση μου. Φυσικά θα προβώ και σε γραπτή αναφορά και θα αλλάξω παροχο παροχής ενέργειας. Unbelievable suffering. Long waiting time and scenes of a terracotta country !! Went one hour before they close and then they turn off the machine so you can't take a ticket, they take their time so you don't get served. No wonder the country is in a mess. Civil servants have very poor customer service, they just don't care. Switch to another energy supplier.

There is a ticket number system to call customers to specific counters where they are met with customer service representatives. The area is air conditioned and offers seating for waiting customers.

Many people goes there to pay bills instead of going to a bank and it creates unuseful queues. Employees very kind, helpful, professional. One very bad point is that you can wait one or two hours and there's not a toilet for common or handycapped people.
P	Peter Greek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrendous service. You have to wait in line forever, they NEVER answer their phones and they always beat around the bush. I can never get the job done. Welcome to Greek bureaucracy…. Also, the building looks like something that came out of a third world country…. God help this island…
