★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 αστέρια για το ευγενέστατο προσωπικό κ 1 αστέρι για την ΔΕΗ,γιατι στο 2020 δεν μπορείς ακόμα να κάνεις αίτηση διακοπής ρεύματος με οποια ημερομηνία σε βολεύει,πας εκει κάνεις την αίτηση κ σου λένε το κόβουμε σε 1-2 μέρες κ όχι οταν βολεύει τον πελάτη,δηλαδή ξαναπάς χάνεις χρόνο κ χρήμα.Να υπάρχει δυνατότητα σε ευλογο χρονικό διάστημα όποτε κ να έρθει ο πελάτης στο κατάστημα να δηλώνει την ημερομηνία διακοπής ρεύματος.
5 stars for the most noble staff and 1 star for PPC, because in 2020 you still can not apply for a power outage with a date that suits you, you go there you make the application and they tell you to cut it in 1-2 days and not when it suits you customer, that is, you are wasting time and money again. There should be a possibility in a reasonable period of time whenever the customer comes to the store to state the date of power outage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Όταν τηλεφωνείτε για να δηλώσετε βλάβη έρχονται μετά από πολλές ώρες ή και μέρες... σε μένα προσωπικά έτυχε να είναι μέρες!! Για αυτόν τον λόγο ένα αστέρι και πολύ τους είναι!!
When you call to report damage they come after many hours or even days ... to me personally it happened to be days !! For this reason they are a star and a lot of them !!
