Αρκετό προσωπικό που καταβάλλει μεγάλες προσπάθειες για την εξυπηρέτηση του κόσμου.
Η γραφειοκρατία όμως της ΔΕΗ υπόσχεται μεγάλη ταλαιπωρία σε όλους τους πελάτες της.
Το μόνο που θέλει η εταιρεία είναι να εισπράττει ανταποδοτικά τέλη αλλά χωρίς να ανταποδίδει τίποτα
