★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγα στο κατάστημα Delfino στην οδό της Πατησίων στις 29 Αυγούστου για να πάρω ένα δώρο για την εορτή του ανιψιού μου. Τελικά αγοαρασαμε μια βερμούδα και ένα μπλουζάκι .τυπου πόλο . Σε ερώτηση μας εάν σε περίπτωση που θελουμε να τα αλλάξουμε η απάντηση από την υπεύθυνη του καταστήματος ήταν θετική. Τελικά η μητέρα του παιδιού δεν της άρεσαν και μου είπε εάν μπορώ να τα αλλάξω . Πήγα πριν μια εβδομάδα στο ιδιο μαγαζί και μας είχαν πει βεβαιως . Αλλά επειδή θέλαμε να τα αλλάξουμε με ρούχα της εποχής ένα φούτερ μας είπαν να περάσουμε άλλη μέρα για την αλλαγή επειδή δεν είχαν φέρει ακομα κομματια φθινοπωρινά . Πήγαμε σήμερα το πρωί να τα αλλάξουμε και μας είπαν ότι δεν μπορούν να κάνουν την αλλαγή γιατί δεν μπορουν να αλλάξουν τα καλοκαιρινά με ρούχα φθινοπωρινά . Τελείως Απαράδεκτο . Να σημειώσω ότι ούτε απόδειξη μας είχε κόψει κατά την αγορά των προϊόντων .
I went to the Delfino store on Patision Street on August 29 to get a gift for my nephew's birthday. Finally we bought a bermuda and a polo shirt. Asked if we would like to change them, the response from the store manager was positive. Eventually the mother of the child didn't like it and she told me if I could change it. I went to the same shop a week ago and we were told of course. But because we wanted to change them into clothes of the season a sweater told us to spend another day for change because they hadn't brought any more autumn pieces. We went to change them this morning and they told us that they can't make a change because they can't change their summer clothes in autumn. Totally Unacceptable. It should be noted that not even our receipt had been cut off when buying the products.
