Deliades Hotel - Ornos Bay

Very ice hotel with an amazing view. The staff was really nice but we were disappointed that when we arrived we found that our room was actually not available even though we booked it on their website directly! The room we wanted was a at the top of the hotel with the best views - we got instead another room which had worse views and it was also quite dirty. It took about another day until the hotel got their act together and gave the room a clean - you can see the big difference in the window next to the private pool. Before you couldn't see through it and the you could actually admire the view. Overall the staff did try and make it up after but the first impression was definitely not great. The greek pies for breakfast were absolutely delicious - definitely the highlight of the breakfast.

Excellent hotel in the heights of Ornos. Beautiful view from the room's big balcony. The service was more than amazing, we got recommended a local beach and it was my best experience in Mykonos. A la carte breakfast was very nice. The only thing is that the pool is not very big, but let's be honest... Mykonos is knows for its amazing beaches ! I can't thank enough the staff for their kindness and recommendations... I definitely recommend this hotel for a perfect mykonian experience

I stayed for 9 days in the hotel and my stay was incredible thanks to the marvelous team who warmly hosted us ! A huge thank you to Fey who makes the most incredible cocktails of the island ! (and trust me, we tried a lot of them on the island, but her cocktails were the best) She's always smiling: the little sun ray of Deliades. A huge thank you to Jackson too, who sorted out a booking problem we had because of the tierce company with who we booked the stay! He's always answering your questions and giving you tips at the reception desk! And thank you to Stefanos who arranges all your transfers to the airport, leaving you with peace of mind to enjoy the vacations!

The best relaxing resort in whole island Friendly staff and high quality of service

Very good place for relaxing. Nice hotel view. Stuff is amazing. Very kind and responsive . Rooms are clean and big. Enough shower gels shampoos and bath accessories 24 h room service . Swimming pool is also very good for relax. Food is tasty and well prepared.

Very nice and clean hotel.Nice views from the specious rooms,balconies and all around the hotel.Good location ,very close to ornos beaches,public bus station heading to Mykonos city(far from city)about 45 mints walk ,and boat station to go discover all other beaches. Buffet break fast is an average to low quality and not really Greek , kindly serving in a nice area ,you can find a few options but it's repetitive , expected to be better in this hotel .Swimming pool is very small,with 3-4 sun beds,but it's not a big deal,since everybody prefers beaches. Excellent staff ,ready to response politely and professionally 24/24.We had a problem concerning our room,they resolved it rapidly upon the request.They arranged transport from and to the port for us . ( But its better that you figure the price in the Island in advance,hotel 's offering price is very high)they were open to fix it with a reasonable price upon our request. They offer a little tasty and cold welcoming beverage on arrival.Bar and restaurant ,always ready for services. They offer towels for beach or swimming pool. Thruthfull information on website. This hotel was amazing! Loved my stay here. The customer service here was just incredible. All the staff here were so lovely and friendly. The hotel also gave us such a great room with amazing views. Highly recommend Deliades hotel to anyone who is staying in Mykonos.
