H	Harry Skordalellis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ήρθαν πιο νωρίς από το προκαθορισνενο ραντεβού μεν αφού με πήραν τηλέφωνο και μου ζήτησαν έξτρα 10 ευρώ για να βάλουν σωληνάκι για την έξοδο του ζεστού αέρα (πράγμα που δεν με είχε ενημερώσει κανείς...). Ότι χαμός έγινε στη βεράντα (έκανα απεγκατασταση του παλιού κλιματιστικου για να βάλω το νέο) το άφησαν ως ήταν κι έψαχνα να βρω τις βίδες μέσα στα σκουπίδια και τα χώματα που έπεσαν.. στο δε σαλόνι ευτυχώς που είχα βάλει σεντόνι ότι έπεσε από το τρυπάνι έπεσε και μάζευα μετά την ηλεκτρική τα χώματα και τις σκόνες....δεν ήταν καθόλου προσεκτικοί... πολύ άσχημη εμπειρία κι αύριο στο κωτσοβολο θα πέσουν άσχημα μπινελίκια και για τις δύο πλευρές... They came earlier than the pre-arranged appointment after they called me and asked me for an extra 10 euros to put a tube for the hot air outlet (which no one had informed me ...). What was lost on the veranda (I uninstalled the old air conditioner to put the new one) they left it as it was and I was looking to find the screws in the rubbish and the dirt that fell .. and in the living room fortunately I had put a sheet that fell from the drill fell and I was collecting dirt and dust after the electric .... they were not careful at all ... very bad experience and tomorrow in the kotsovolo will fall bad pines for both sides ...

Ενημέρωση για πορεία συνεργείου προ εγκατάστασης. Γνώση προσωπικού επί της εγκατάστασης. Συνιστω ανεπιφύλακτα την επιλογή. Excellent service from the staff. Consistency in the scheduled appointment for the installation of the air conditioner. Information on the course of the workshop before installation. Staff knowledge on the installation. I highly recommend the choice.
j	jpiljpil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στο τηλέφωνο μου είπαν ότι κάνουν εγκαταστάσεις κλιματιστικών μόνο με αντλία κενού αέρα, όταν ήρθαν σε εμένα την ξέχασαν και είπαν ότι έπρεπε να το είχα πει στο τηλέφωνο για να την φέρουν!!! Προχωρήσαμε στην εγκατάσταση χωρίς αυτή αφού δεν χρειάζεται από ότι είπαν. Η εγκατάσταση έγινε από δύο άτομα μέσα σε μια ώρα, φαινόταν ότι βιάζονται ίσως για να ξεκουραστούν μέχρι την επόμενη εγκατάσταση ή ίσως έχουν πολλές εγκαταστάσεις την ημέρα. Δεν μάζεψαν τα σκουπίδια που οι ίδιοι έκαναν και το στοκαρισμα της τρύπας δεν έγινε με επιτυχία, την έκλεισα εγώ την επόμενη ημέρα όπως έπρεπε. Για απόδειξη ούτε κουβέντα... Δεν θα τους προτιμήσω στο μέλλον. They told me on the phone that they only install air conditioners with a vacuum pump, when they came to me they forgot it and said that I should have told them on the phone to bring it !!! We proceeded with the installation without it since it is not necessary from what they said. The installation was done by two people in one hour, it seemed that they are in a hurry maybe to rest until the next installation or maybe they have many facilities a day. They did not pick up the rubbish they made themselves and the plastering of the hole was not successful, I closed it the next day as it should. For proof or talk ... I will not prefer them in the future.

Εγκατάσταση σε 45 λεπτά 2 κλιματιστικών και 1 ώρα για ηλιακό θερμοσίφωνα (χωρίς να προυπάρχει παλιός). Very helpful, fast installation impeccable staff and technicians. Installation in 45 minutes of 2 air conditioners and 1 hour for a solar water heater (without pre-existing old one).
n	natassa gerardou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά τεχνικού. Αγενέστατος, ειρωνικός και προσβλητικός. Του είπα πως θα κανω αξιολόγηση και μου είπε πως δεν θα κοιμηθεί το βράδυ. Μουρμούριζε και ειρωνευόταν όσο ήταν μέσα στο σπίτι μου. Όλα αυτά γιατί ήρθαν να εγκαταστήσουν κλιματιστικό αγορασμένο από Κωτσόβολο, έλειπε από τη συσκευασία ένα εξάρτημα και σηκώθηκαν να φύγουν χωρίς να καταλάβω τι γίνεται! Προφανώς δεν φταίνε οι ίδιοι για το εξάρτημα, όμως τους παρακαλούσα να περιμένουν να μιλήσω με τον Κωτσόβολο όσο είναι κι εκείνοι μπροστά και μου έλεγαν δεν έχουν ούτε πέντε λεπτά, ενώ κανονικά έτρεχε ο χρόνος του ραντεβού μου! Ξεκίνησαν να μαζεύουν, ζήτησα να βάλουν τις συσκευασίες εκεί που τις βρήκαν και μου είπε πως δεν είναι σκύλος να κουβαλάει! Τηλεφωνησα στην εταιρεία, ανέφερα το περιστατικό σε υπάλληλο και αντιμετώπισα κι άλλη αντιεπαγγελματική συμπεριφορά: χαρακτηριστικα μου είπε πως δεν εχει κανένα λόγο να μου ζητήσει συγγνώμη. Ζήτησα να μιλήσω με τον υπεύθυνο της εταιρείας, η υπάλληλος μού είπε πως θα μου τηλεφωνήσει ο υπεύθυνος αλλά ακόμα περιμένω. Unacceptable technical behavior. The most rude, ironic and offensive.
