★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel on the top of the mountains that makes you feel special!
Pros:
+ The staff is amazing. They know how to take care of their guests and they put their heart and souls in it. For instance, i had a problem with my rented car, and they spend one hour trying to find a solution that worked.
+ We were on a special occasion (honeymoon) and they definitely went the extra mile to make our stay unforgettable (free room upgrade with Jacuzzi and a very romantic candle light dinner).
+ At the breakfast buffet you can make yourself a fresh cold orange-lemonade.
+ The resort is in a very quite place on the top of the mountain. It is a little bit harder to get there, but it's totally worth it. You can enjoy the summer heat during the day on the beaches and the fresh cold air in the evening when you are back at the hotel.
+ They have a restaurant next to a lake with great food, drinks and great service.
Cons:
- Although the breakfast is overall good, it still can be improved by cooking the fried eggs and bacon only when the tray is empty. Otherwise, the eggs and bacon will become a little bit colder.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We enjoyed our stay when we went in January and the mountains were covered in snow. The staff greeted us in a friendly and familiar manner. The room was clean and tidy and also comfortable. The swimming pool although not too warm, was good enough for a swim. The breakfast buffet has a great selection as well. The reason for a four star rating and not 5 is because, the toilet seat in the bathroom was broken and the bath tub has not shower curtain so when you take a shower water sprays and splashes everywhere leaving the bathroom soaked. We had to "mop" up the floor after everyone's showers. Something this simple can be remedied. But all in all it is a good place to stay if you want the feeling of a big hotel.

It is great place to stay for a short time. Rooms, service and stuff makes you feel really comfortable.
It is little bit pricey place. Morning buffet breakfast was exactly what we need for easy start of day.
Dinner food is great with large portions. But menu only includes Greek specialties and no international cousine. Every day same menu is not great for longer stay. Also, there is a not a lot to see, visit and do while staying for longer.

Absolutely lovely people working in both the reception and in the restaurant that all went out of their way to make us feel special. First class service with genuine Cretan hospitality. We had our 20 th wedding anniversary there and we were treated so well, we had a bottle of wine and fresh fruits waiting for us in the room at arrival, couldn’t be better. Pet friendly and a great breakfast with everything you might want, good coffee, fresh fruits and orange juice , eggs, croissants and more. We had two quality meals at the restaurant. Perfect weekend getaway. Can’t fault this place, you should go there! Don’t forget to buy a bottle of the delicious homemade liquor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ breath-taking view and location. We got upgraded to a suite which nice and spacious However was very very hot ? ?. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Food was excellent in both coffeshop and the restaurant it is the same kitchen but the view from the coffeshop is amazing.. The massage, my husband didn't at all enjoyed it and find it overpriced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The facilities were great (and I think better in person than some of the photos we saw) and the rate we paid for the room was good. The room did smell musty like it hadn't been used for a while, but was clean and tidy. The staff were friendly.
