Breath taking place and location. Wonderful staff and sparkling clean. Highly recommend it.

Outside is ok and if all you intend to do is sleep then maybe the room is ok. Exposed wiring, broken shower head etc. Everything is well past it's sell by date apart from the windows and the AC.

This place is great: small hotel in great location right near the cute settlement of neo klima/ elios with beach and waterfront activities. (it's a short walk across the main road to get there). Cute pool, staff is helpful though not very personable, beautiful and relaxing grounds. The room is serviced daily which adds a nice touch! 4 stars and not 5 because the rooms are very dated (i.e florescent lights, stucco walls) . And though it is clean in general, the kitchenette was crumby and had oily residue on the dishes. General note: beware of the bees on skopelos. They're all over the place.

Pros: The room was large with a small kitchenette and A/C. The location is quite convenient to explore the island. The bus stops in front of the entrance. Cons: The bed was not comfortable and the bathroom was in a poor shape. The WiFi was totally unreliable and didn't work at all in our room. There were no mosquito nets on our windows, so we could not keep the windows open to change the air in room. There is no parking on site, but only on the street (often full).

From where to begin...First of all, there was no parking as it was described in the facilities of the hotel. The "so called" parking was on the road's turn outside of the hotel and it is unsafe to park there . The room was awful and far more different than the one we saw in the pictures . Also, we paid for a room and when we arrived the host told us that our room had view of the garden and when we booked it there was no information about the view of the room . Then the host told us that she had available rooms on the second and third floor with view of the sea but there was an extra charge of 20€ per day and that was not in the price of Booking.com. Then again the upgraded rooms where also as bad as the one we first saw . Moreover, the mattress and pillows of the bad where very hard and uncomfortable and the sheets were not very clean either. The furniture of the living room and the bedroom were dirty and smelly from the moisture . The doors of the cabinets in the living room where broken also the chairs of the table were broken . The bathroom walls were broken and had cracks and it had moisture. The towels were dirty, we found no shampoo for hair and body or any kind of lotion. The room had a second door which led to the backyard and once we opened it we could not close it again and the door was also broken . Only the first of the five days we stayed the came to empty the trashcan, they never changed the towels or the sheets . Overall, it was unpleasant stay and definitely it's was overpriced. Natural and refreshing oasis in Skopelos island with superb garden and pool. Excellent location, the garden, the mountains, the view is amazing. Get ready for a living environment outside your apartment, harmless creatures like swallows, small lizards, etc. Perfect harmony. The pool and it's surrounding is fantastic, extremly clean pool and comfortable furnitures. The room is okay, it's Skopelos "standard", so everything working, but the rooms are not the main attractions. But who want's to be in a room if you're on vacation in a perfect spot. The staff was very helpful and nice, and the family running the business was very friendly and helpful. Quiet place (although it's next to the main road) while walking distance to beach, harbour, restaurants, markets. The beds should be upgraded but all-in-all we slept fairly well. The wifi and the mobile internet coverage is weak, but take it as an advantage :) The TV also a bit obsolate, but who cares. Enjoy the true natural surroundings and not the virtual world. :)
