Deluxe Hotel - Minoos 3

Rooms are niceand modern. Nice bed and bathroom and very clean. Cleaned every day. As a smoker I would go for a room upstairs with a balcony but most of these are family sized rooms and cost a little more. Would definatly stay again great location just on the outskirts of the old city.

If I could rate in negative I would. Horrible from the start. Booked a room. Got put in another room for the first night then the following day got transferred to another hotel all together. You see because I booked in advance the owner hadn't updated the prices on Airbnb (not my fault) so he found tourists that paid double the price and thought he'd be able to move me around. I got my money back and found this goldmine of an Airbnb host and room in a better location. The guy is rude, unapologetic. Don't stay there!

Beautiful room. We got 2 large beds. Very clean. The staff was very helpful and professional.

I do NOT recommend to stay here. Unfotunately i booked a wrong Date. The Hotel-Owner tried to offer me a room in another Hotel. Long story short -> they charged my room twice and the Hotel owner doesnt want to cooperate with me. Instead of cooperating -> he´s just charging me TWICE. Dont stay here people. You will find better hotels in Chania.

We where staying here from saturday to sunday, while thousands of motorcycles and cars where driving through the street. The room was on ground level, so we couldn't sleep until 2 o'clock in the morning. The room is very nice but not made for living.

if you want to take a good sleep，please do not choose the rooms near by road，it will be really noisy! and isolation between room to room is also bad，you can hear the people talking in the other room! Saturday also have open market nearby，please take it into consideration. But the room is clean and looks new that is good point to mention. For sleeping, sometime will be terrible! !the reception is nice and help me change the room but still can hear the nosie , however it is little better than the previous one. i was the guset i only tell you ture things. if you want to choose this hotel i think only family rooms can have less noise but you will pay more for sure. This hotel only charge cash for car rent and room change. The room change will be more payment from 10 to 30 euro per night!!

First I would like to say that the girl working at deluxe hotel, was very pleasant and really helpful, friendly and even wrote us a message to ask if we needed help, she gave us good recommendations and told us if we need anything to message, so 5 stars for her! Our room was on the bottom floor of the building and right next to the road, the room was very clean and modern with a comfy bed! And nice new bathroom! The only problems we had was being next to the street and the noise of cars and people walking by during the night, also the TV was not connected to the TV box and we couldn't use it, there was also no fan in the bathroom so when you had a shower the steam filled the room and made the room damp. So it was hard to get a good night sleep but I would say the upper floors would definitely be better choice. Also it would be nice if they gave you some tea bags or coffee as there was a kettle and coffee machine but no coffee unfortunately! The location was very good we were 5 mins walk to the old town and peer, their was a wonderful market on the street on Saturday morning so that was nice to! And we could always find parking close by, also a little shop 1 minute walk away and two lovely coffee shops. Thank you for our stay.
