★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service at this place is awful. Even though me and my family used to buy donuts from them we don't go there anymore. They are impolite and they certainly don't know how to run a business in terms of customer service. Once they wouldn't put the donuts in a box although they were quite a lot because for some reason they thought they didn't cost enough money? So, they put them in a bag instead. At another occasion, they wouldn't admit that the change they gave back were less than they should be. Eventually, we had to ask them to count the money in the cashier and they admitted their mistake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent quality, very fresh donuts, cheap cheap prices - this family run business could give big time chains a run for their money. If they ever decide to attack the retail market in a serious way, they stand to make a killing. It's a pity (or a blessing?) that only connoisseurs can track them down in the back streets off Panormou.
