★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καμιά οργάνωση, φάκελοι χύμα παντού, φωνές μεταξύ των υπαλλήλων και καμία διάθεση να εξυπηρετήσουν. Δυστυχώς νομίζουν πως κάνουν χάρη στους πολίτες και όχι ότι τους υπηρετούν. Επίσης καπνίζουν μέσα στα γραφεία, αν και αυτό δεν θεωρείται λάθος στο Ελλαδιστάν.
No organization, envelopes bulk everywhere, voices between employees and no mood to serve. Unfortunately they think they are doing thanks to the citizens and not serving them. They also smoke inside the offices, although this is not a mistake in Greece.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαραδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση απο τους υπαλλήλους! Δεν ακουγαν καν αυτό που τους ζητούσα ξεκάθαρα. Για μια αντικατασταση διπλώματος μου έδωσαν οδηγίες για ανανέωση και οι γιατροι που πηγα και πλήρωσα μου είπαν οτι ειναι λάθος. Επίσης με αναγκασαν να πάω από εκει να πάρω ενα χαρτι που πραγματικα δεν χρειαζόταν καθόλου...
Unacceptable service from employees! They did not even hear what I was asking them clearly. For a diploma replacement they gave me instructions for renewal and the doctors I went to and paid for told me it was wrong. They also forced me to go from there to get a paper that I really did not need at all ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service bad if you have the nerves and be super polite and smiling they can be a little helpful. But they are super annoying and bad people in there. Not all of them 2 men are good people and at their work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It took us 3 hours waiting for 1 minute job (passing the new car plaque). The workers their are very old, playing with their nails, speaking about what to cook, and they excused us to come another time during the pandemic time (in their working hours), so they can pick their children.
We recommend an injection of new and young blood into governmental work, knowing how to use technology at least and not bored and be so slow at work. Government should provide more chance for young people.
