I had already told the secretary in a telephone conversation the reason for the visit, I even asked if the doctor undertakes such an incident and after he called me for an appointment I imagined that he would inform her about it and that was the reason for the appointment. Besides, it is not something complicated ... One can understand by phone whether or not he can undertake such an incident. I explained to an ENT colleague over the phone and he told me simply and without any charge that he does not undertake this. In the end, the appointment was to get the 40 €.
