Συγχαρητήρια και πάλι συγχαρητήρια, για την εξυπηρέτηση και τον επαγγελματισμό σας! Ως προς τους αναγνώστες, έχω να πω, πως είχα κάνει παραγγελία δύο Vintage πορτατιφ με κλιπς.Τα πορτατίφ ήρθαν και στη μία από τις δυο συσκευασίες, έλειπε ένα βασικό διακοσμητικο εξάρτημα. Επικοινώνησα με το κατάστημα, τους ενημέρωσα για το τι είχε συμβεί και "απλά" έστειλα φωτογραφίες με το λειψό περιεχόμενο. Μου απαντήσανε ότι θα γίνει αναζήτηση του εξαρτήματος και θα ξανά επικοινωνήσουν μαζί μου! Μέσα σε 1-2 μέρες μου είπαν ότι μου στέλνουν το εξάρτημα και απλά επιβεβαιώσαμε τη διεύθυνση! Έχω να σας πω ότι ο άνθρωπος έστειλε με δικά του έξοδα αποστολής, όχι απλά μόνο το εξάρτημα , αλλά ένα ολοκαίνουργιο, ίδιο πορτατίφ με αυτά που είχα αγοράσει εξαρχής! Όταν του τηλεφώνησα για να τον ευχαριστήσω και για να του πω ότι μου έστειλε ολόκληρο το πορτατίφ και όχι το εξάρτημα μόνο, μου απάντησε πως δεν χρειαζόταν να επιστρέψω τίποτα και ότι όλα ήταν μια χαρά! Πραγματικά δεν έχω λόγια! Τέτοιες πράξεις, ειδικά την εποχή που διανύουμε.. είναι άξιες επαίνου! Συγχαρητήρια..θα σας ξανά προτιμήσω σίγουρα! I have no words! As for the readers, I have to say, that I had ordered two Vintage table lamps with clips. The lamps came in one of the two packages, a basic decorative accessory was missing. I contacted the store, informed them of what had happened and "simply" sent photos with the missing content. They replied that the accessory will be searched and they will contact me again! Within 1-2 days I was told that they send me the part and we just confirmed the address! I have to tell you that the man sent with his own shipping costs, not just the accessory, but a brand new, same table lamp as the ones I had bought from the beginning! When I called him to thank him and to tell him that he sent me the whole lamp and not just the accessory, he replied that I did not need to return anything and that everything was fine! I really have no words! Such acts, especially in this day and age ... are worthy of praise! Congratulations..I will definitely prefer you again!
