★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επειδή το κατάστημα βρίσκεται στην ίδια περιοχή που μένω γνώριζα ότι είναι από τις καλύτερες επιλογές στα έπιπλα αλλά δεν είχα πραγματοποιήσει κάποια αγορά. Τα Χριστούγεννα ήρθε ο καναπές και μπορώ να πω ότι ξεπέρασε τις προσδοκίες μου από κάθε άποψη. Αρχικά η εξυπηρέτηση από τη Νένα! Επαγγελματισμός, ευγένεια και υπομονή διότι ανάμεσα σε τόσα ωραία σχέδια που έχει να επιλέξει κανείς υποχρεωτικά χρειάζεται χρόνος για να καταλήξει. Συνέπεια σε ότι υποσχέθηκε, ημερομηνία παράδοσης, ποιότητα καναπέ, ύφασμα, μεταφορά (τα παιδιά που έφεραν καναπέ εξυπηρετηκότατα). Στην καθημερινή του χρήση ο καναπές είναι ακριβώς όπως τον θέλαμε. Τα Χριστούγεννα καθίσαμε 7 άτομα κ τις καθημερινές αναπαυτικός ώστε να ξαπλώνεις και να απολαμβάνεις ταινίες & σειρές. Το ύφασμα που μας πρότεινε η Νένα για κατοικίδια εξαιρετικο και πράγματι ακόμα δεν έχει γίνει σημείο για τα νύχια τους. Είμαι τυχερός που έκανα την αγορά μου από εκεί κ χαίρομαι που από την στιγμή που μπήκα στο κατάστημα ΔΕΝ χρειάστηκε να πάω κάπου αλλού. Πρώτη φορά συνεργασία αλλά από εδώ και έπειτα το κατάστημα Detil και η Νένα θα είναι πρώτη επιλογή. Σε Ευχαριστούμε πολύ!!
Because the store is in the same area where I live I knew it was one of the best choices in furniture but I had not made any purchase. Christmas came the couch and I can say that it exceeded my expectations in every way. Initially the service from Nena! Professionalism, courtesy and patience because among so many beautiful designs that one has to choose, it takes time to come up with. Consistency in what was promised, delivery date, sofa quality, fabric, transport (the children who brought the sofa were very helpful). In its daily use the sofa is exactly as we wanted it. At Christmas we sat 7 people and on weekdays you can relax so you can lie down and enjoy movies & series. The fabric that Nena suggested to us for pets is excellent and indeed it has not yet become a point for their nails. I am lucky that I made my purchase from there and I am glad that from the moment I entered the store I did NOT have to go anywhere else. First time collaboration but from now on the Detil store and Nena will be the first choice. Thank you very much!!

Qualified staff, friendly and despite the fact that we went to the closing late, they served us for an hour without being impatient. Nice modern furniture.
