★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ κακή εξυπηρέτηση πελατών μέσω email, καμία απάντηση. Επιπλέον, αγνόησαν απόφαση του Συνήγορου του Πολίτη, παρά το ότι για συγκεκριμένο θέμα ακολουθήθηκε η διαδικασια την οποία η ίδια η ΔΕΥΑΜΒ υπέδειξε(!).
Very poor customer service via email, no answer. In addition, they ignored a decision of the Greek Ombudsman, despite the fact that the procedure that DEYAMB itself indicated (!) Was followed for a specific issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ότι χειρότερο υπάρχει σε εξυπηρέτηση πελατών. Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά, ακόμη χειρότερη εξυπηρέτηση. Για το νερό που μοιράζει δεν χρειάζεται κανένα σχόλιο νομίζω.
The worst there is in customer service. Unacceptable behavior, even worse service. I do not need any comment on the water he distributes, I think.

Εξαιρετική εξυπηρέτηση στα ταμεία της υπηρεσίας!
