Κλείσαμε 24 ώρες χωρίς νερό αδικαιολόγητο...
Κ το ποιο ακριβό νερό σε όλη την Ελλάδα πολλά μπράβο να συνεχίσετε με αυτόν τον τρόπο

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μπράβο δεν φτάνει που μας βαράνε με το κοδιβ 19 και εσείς από πάνω ανεβάζετε το κόστος του νερού πιο πολύ τόσο ανάγει έχετε και ναταν καθαρό νερό να πάει στο διάβολος αλλά σκέτο χλοριο είναι και πίνουμε αγοραζμενω νερό και πληρώνουμε ακριβή τελικά όλες ειπηρεσιες έχετε γίνει απατεώνες όπως και πολύτιμη μπράβο

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η εξυπηρέτηση απαράδεκτη! Σε περίοδους covid που κλείνουμε ηλεκτρονικά ραντεβού λίγη ευγένεια κι εξυπηρετικότητα δεν βλάπτουν. Πήρα τηλ και είπα ότι μπορώ να πάω από εκεί 1 και κάτι λόγω εργασίας και μου απάντησαν ότι 1:00 κλείνει το ταμείο και να εξουσιοδοτήσω κάποιον να μου κάνει τη δουλειά. Εξουσιοδότησα κάποιον και του είπαν ότι δεν αναφέρω αλλαγή ονόματος στην εξουσιοδότηση (εγώ έγραφα και για διακοπή κ για αλλαγή). Απορώ αν μπήκαν καν στον κόπο να την διαβάσουν. Συν ότι στο τηλέφωνο με την "καλημέρα" η αγένεια στο φουλ. Αγανάκτησα!
The service is unacceptable! In covid times when we make online appointments a little courtesy and helpfulness do not hurt. I got on the phone and said that I can go from there 1 or something due to work and they answered that at 1:00 the fund closes and I authorize someone to do my job. I authorized someone and they told me that I do not mention a name change in the authorization (I also wrote for termination and for change). I wonder if they even bothered to read it. Plus that on the phone with "good morning" the rudeness in full. I was indignant!
