Ι	Ιννα Α on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ η χειροτερη εκμεταλλευση σε μαγαζι . ειχα παραγγειλλει ενα προιον και το ειχα πληρωσει με καρτα και ελεγαν οτι δεν το εχω πληρωσει και να το ξαναπαραγγειλω ενω η τραπεζα μου ειχε στειλει ηδη την αποδειξη συναλλαγης. the worst holding in a shop. I had ordered a product and paid for it with a card and they checked that I had not paid for it and to order it again while my bank had already sent the proof of transaction.
L	Lady Doom on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καμια εξυπηρετηση περιμενα πληροφοριες για την διαθεσιμοτητα ενος προϊόντος που ήθελα να παραγγείλω οχι μονο δεν με πηραν τηλέφωνο ποτε αλλα ενω ειχαμε συνομιλήσει και μεσω viber για να τους στειλω φωτογραφιες αυτού που θελω εστειλα και γραπτο μηνυμα αν εχουμε νεοτερα και την αλλη μερα και μετα απο 3 μερες και ουτε καν μου απαντησαν. Τωρα εχει περασει μια βδομαδα και δεν απαντανε ουτε τα τηλεφωνα. Τραγικοι μακρια No service I was looking for information about the availability of a product I wanted to order not only did not pick me up anytime but we had a conversation and via viber to send them pictures of what I want to send and write a message if we have newer and the other day and after 3 days and they did not even answer me. Now it's been a week, and there were no phone calls. Tragic long
S	Spyridoula Dionysopoulou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαίσια εξυπηρέτηση δεν συνιστώ !!! . Παραγγείλαμε δυο ζευγάρια παπούτσια και μας είπαν πως θα ερχόντουσαν σε μια εβδομάδα . Τα παπούτσια ΧΩΡΙΣ να μας ενημερώσουν τελιξα θα ερχόντουσαν σε ένα μήνα αφού πήραμε εμείς τηλέφωνο να ρωτήσουμε . Τώρα τα παπούτσια έχουν έρθει και το μαγαζί τις ώρες τις οποίες ισχυρίζεται να είναι ανοιχτό χωρίς καμία άλλη ενημέρωση παραμένει κλειστό . Δεν απαντάνε στα τηλέφωνα !!!!! Μην πάρετε από αυτο το μαγαζί , δωστε τα λεφτά σας αλλου με την ίδια ποιότητα προϊόντων και καλύτερη εξυπηρέτηση !!!!! Ξεφτίλα μεγάλη Awesome service I do not recommend !!! . We ordered two pairs of shoes and they told us they would come in a week. The shoes WITHOUT informing us eventually would come a month after we got the phone to ask. Now the shoes have arrived and the shop has been closed for hours without any further updates. They don't answer the phones !!!!! Don't get this shop, give your money elsewhere with the same quality of products and better service !!!!! It's big
Z	Zeta Momparak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η υπεύθυνη μοιάζει να μην γνωρίζει πως γίνεται η δουλειά της. Δεν απαντάει στα e-mails, και δεν μπορεί να διαχειριστεί τις παραγγελίες. Παραγγείλαμε ένα προϊόν το οποίο έπρεπε να παραδοθεί εντός τριών εβδομάδων. Ενάμιση μήνα μετά μας έλεγε ότι δεν της απαντάει η x-pole και ακόμη δεν γνωρίζει πότε θα έρθει το προϊόν. Επικοινώνησα με την x-pole και απαντούσε ΚΥΡΙΟΛΕΚΤΙΚΑ στο 10λεπτο. Επιστροφή χρημάτων και θα πρότεινα να παραγγείλετε από αλλού. The person in charge does not seem to know how her job is done. Does not respond to emails, and can not handle orders. We ordered a product that had to be delivered within three weeks. A month and a half later she told us that the x-pole does not answer her and she still does not know when the product will arrive. I contacted x-pole and she answered LITERALLY in 10 minutes. Refund and I would suggest ordering from elsewhere.
V	Vallia Papastamati on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tοσο καιρο άκουγα ψέματα οτι η παραγγελία μου καθυστερούσε λόγο προβλήματος με την εταιρεία courier και τελικά όχι απλα η παραγγελία δεν είχε φύγει από την αποθήκη αλλα ήταν και σε αναμονή για 3 μήνες μετά και ενω το γνώριζαν δεν με ενημέρωσαν. Η ενημέρωση ήρθε 2 μήνες μετα γιατί αφού εγινε το brexit ξαφνικά ήθελαν να πληρώσω δασμούς. Αντιεπαγγελματίες στην καλύτερη. I have been lying for so long that my order was delayed due to a problem with the courier company and in the end not only did the order not leave the warehouse but it was also waiting for 3 months later and while they knew it they did not inform me. The information came 2 months later because after the Brexit happened they suddenly wanted me to pay duties. Unprofessional at best.
