G	GEORGE PETTAS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ζήτησα 100 στοιχεία 18650 Panasonic για να μου συνθέσει μπαταρία ebike το κατάστημα HUMMERBIKES. Στα 75 στοιχεία που χρειάστηκαν τα 43 δεν λειτουργούν. Τηλεφώνησα και μου είπε να τον πάρει τηλ ο τεχνικός του HUMMERBIKES. Τον καλέσαμε άπειρες φορές και αποφεύγει συστηματικά να απαντήσει. Βλέπει την αναγνώριση και δεν το σηκώνει... ΑΠΟΓΝΩΣΗ... I asked for 100 items 18650 Panasonic to have my ebike battery assembled by the HUMMERBIKES store. Of the 75 items needed, 43 do not work. I called and the HUMMERBIKES technician told me to call him. We called him countless times and he systematically avoids answering. He sees the recognition and does not raise it ... DESPAIR ...
D	Dimitrios Sygounas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν γνωρίζω πολλά από ηλεκτρονικό εμπόριο και τεχνικά θέματα,πήρα τηλέφωνο και ζήτησα την ανάλογη βοήθεια, ο κύριος Δημήτρης ήταν ευγενικός,εξυπηρετικός και γνώστης αυτών που ρωτούσα. Έκανα την παραγγελία και παρέλαβα ταχύτατα. Σε μετέπειτα έρευνα τιμών στα ίδια προϊόντα το κατάστημα ήταν το πιο οικονομικό, αλλά με κέρδισε η προσωπική εξυπηρέτηση και η ευθύτητα. Θα ξαναπαραγγειλω σίγουρα μόλις χρειαστώ πάλι κάτι.

Το κατάστημα ανταποκρίθηκε άμεσα και μου γνωστοποίησε την ίδια ημέρα σε μεταφορά προς εμένα. Από τότε λοιπόν η τύχη τους αγνοείται. Σήμερα 11/02 δεν έχει μετακινηθεί το δέμα και βρίσκεται στα ΕΛΤΑ Courier του καταστήματος Βριλήσσιων. O έμπορος πράγματι ανταποκρίθηκε άμεσα. Αλλά η εξυπηρέτηση πελάτη ολοκληρώνεται με την παραλαβή του εμπορεύματος από τον πελάτη που έχει πληρώσει και όχι με την παράδοση στον courier. Σε έγγραφη επικοινωνία με τον έμπορο, με ενημέρωσαν ότι θα το φροντίσουν. Δεν υπάρχει ανταπόκριση ακόμα. Ειλικρινά, η κριτική δεν γράφεται για τα 44,10€ (42 + 2,10 έξοδα αποστολής) που οποιαδήποτε στιγμή μπορώ να αμφισβητήσω την συναλλαγή και να τα πάρω πίσω, αλλά για να προστατεύσω τους επόμενους καταναλωτές και να προτιμήσουν αποστολή με άλλο courier. Ο έμπορός βέβαια αν ήταν σωστός στο πλαίσιο του customer service θα έπρεπε μετά από μία εβδομάδα καθυστέρησης ο ίδιος να ενδιαφερθεί (αλλά ποιος κάνει follow up στην τόπο μας – όλα στον αυτόματο). Όσο για τα ΕΛΤΑ, μετά από άκαρπες προσπάθειες τηλεφωνικής επικοινωνίας αλλά και αυτές με email στα κεντρικά και το υποκατάστημα, δυστυχώς… Updated: Τελικά η παραγγελία παραδόθηκε σήμερα 14/02 (τυχαίο;). Αντιλαμβάνομαι ότι το πρόβλημα ήταν καθαρά θέμα υποκαταστήματος courier. Σε κάθε περίπτωση όταν ενημερώθηκα τηλεφωνικά από τον έμπορό πως τελικά το εμπόρευμα θα επιστραφεί πίσω, έκανα εκ νέου παραγγελία από αλλού και έχω ήδη παραλάβει (εντός 2 ημερών από επαρχία!!). An order for rechargeable batteries was placed on 01/19. The store responded immediately and notified me the same day in a transfer to me. Since then, their fate is ignored. Today 11/02 the parcel has not been moved and is in the ELTA Courier of the Vrilissia store. The merchant did respond promptly. But the customer service is completed with the receipt of the goods by the customer who has paid and not with the delivery to the courier. In written communication with the merchant, they informed me that they would take care of it. There is no response yet. Honestly, the review is not written for the 44.10 € (42 + 2.10 shipping costs) that at any time I can dispute the transaction and get it back, but to protect the next consumers and to prefer shipping with another courier. Of course, if the merchant was right in the context of customer service, after a week of delay he should be interested himself (but who does follow up in our place - everything in the automatic). As for ELTA, after fruitless efforts of telephone communication but also those with email to the headquarters and the branch, unfortunately… Updated: Finally the order was delivered today 14/02 (random?). I understand that the problem was purely a courier branch issue. In any case, when I was informed by phone by the merchant that eventually the goods will be returned, I re-ordered from elsewhere and I have already received (within 2 days from the province !!).
