Having paid 10000 euros for two mega sessions few years ago, the result was disappointing. The appearance was physical but too little. I cannot suggest their method . It never paid off the huge cost..

Extremely disappointing as to the surgery! And client relationship management is CATASTROPHIIC! After having been through 2 implantations and despite a lot of promises from them, density is still insufficient, they are gaps, front line is not well drawn and doesn’t t look natural. Yet when I first got in touch with DHI Athens I was promised to be fully satisfied as they were claiming to be the best. But none of that! I should have assessed their real worth since the beginning when they asked me during our first appointment to do a video speech for the internet to promote and praise their clinic whereas at the time, we would not have proceeded to any surgery yet and therefore got any evidence of result yet. I wish they had been much more focused on my case rather than being worried about their own advertising!!!!! Besides the last thing you r willing to do at this moment is to speak in front of a camera as u are already stressed by the surgery to come! This is not the only thing that I was shocked with: I totally agree with George Dimitropoulos who is complaining with medical secrecy: While I was holding a mpg session on my donor area the boss of the clinic, who is not a doctor nor a professor by the way, entered the room with several people external of the clinics, some visitors I guess, who had nothing to do with the process claiming to say hello but who actually showed up to watch my back without my permission. U just feel very embarrassed by the situation and u feel like a Guinea pig. What a disgrace. But the worst is to come: It’s not the implantation itself but the way they manage the period pre and post implantation as well as the follow up. The discussions and the explanations before and after the surgery are extremely short and carried out in a rush. Very few indications are given about the number of grafts, the strategy of the implantation or the implanted areas. Their answers are confused, they never take any commitment and give diverse diagnosis from one to another. Besides no one in the clinic has called me in ten months since the last surgery at least once for a follow up. The only follow-up has been ignited by myself by asking them for a visit although it’s mentioned on a sheet, they hand you over after the implantation, that they would proceed to a follow up every three months after surgery. No identified interlocutor, lack of communication, no clear follow up protocol. They are always complaining about problems as excuses never taking actions to find solutions and when they have nothing to say they simply don t answer to your messages excepting laconic and common words such as “don t worry don’t worry u gonna be happy”. After two implantations and all this time and money I spent, no I’m sorry I’ M NOT HAPPY DHI ATHENS!! I feel all the more so convinced by these problems with DHI Athens since I’m being handled by another clinic in which I found out a total a difference of management, protocols and clients supporting. Whatever the result will be with this new clinic it’s already 100 times much better than DHI Athens. There is an entire crew who assess your case with edge cutting technology material to give u clear diagnosis, indications and protocol and they make sure u clearly understood it. Moreover, they require the patient to stay several days after the surgery in the clinic to make sure there is no complications and to provide the best treatments post-surgery. DHI is all about come, pay, get and go. Afterwards your case is not their problem anymore. There is worse of course but there is much better, believe me. Avoid

I done my procedure almost four weeks ago now, I’m currently in the shedding process at the moment. Making the decision to go to Athens wasn’t easy as I had concerns over standards. But once I arrived the morning of my procedure the building was clean and very smart. Welcomed by the friendliest of receptionists to a warm manager. My doctor and my nurse were amazing. Everyone had really good English which I was surprised most about. I would 100% recommend this clinic to anyone considering to go with DHI Athens for your hair procedure.

Its been two years since my procedure and am totally satisfied with the result. From the first appointment I felt satisfied by the way that my case was treated, all the staff where well educated in the subject and very good at providing me with all the information I needed. I am actively recommending their services to anyone who is thinking about it.
