No matter what they offer you. Don't go there. Keep searching and do you work to know who will do your transplant, the doctor, the assistants,.. . Again no matter what, discount prices,... ,... Don't go there for your one good. Good luck. A disappointed client.

3 years since I had the transplant. Though the procedure was smooth and pain free and initial results were good. However I have lost much of the implanted hairs by now. The front hair line has turned quite thin even when I had a two day mega session. Good for a short gain but definitely not long term.

Now that I read the previous review I am even more worried. Long story short - there EXACT alternatives, at lower price that provide at least similar quality of work or better. My story: I had my session done exactly 18 months ago..it went smooth, good atmosphere and quick recovery. Seemed everyone were professional and good. Few months after I see that many of my transplanted hairs on one side have not taken root (not successful) and some that did - have been growing very weird - not like other hair on my head...but breaking 90deg angle in middle of hair strand...curly etc. I followed up with the team up to 18 months - which is the final check they have. They say that SATISFACTION GUARANTEE and you must wait these 18 months before anything can be offered to solve the issue. I went along including PRP treatments and other suggestions they asked...result is mediocre at best. You are paying a premium thinking they do something better, that not only the process is better but so is the service. So the process for me wasn't anything special, you can have treatments with same single graft pen insertion in other places (yes it is not their exact technology but same method more or less for you) - and in any case I didn't see that this method helped the hair survive better (I think around 70% actually taken root). As per service, while attentive - they did not uphold their satisfaction guarantee - offered another treatment for 1000 euros...for me I need also to fly in etc (As this clinic deals with oversea clients) - the minimum is that they offer the treatment for free - as it is their bad work that has gotten us to this place. It is important to note - my treatment was minimal, they say 1000+ grafts but in anycase it had to cover an area of about 8 square cm...very small...yet even this work they did not manage to do well. Sorry - I know you guys were hoping to find a good place to do hair transplant, from my experience - this is not the place...disappointed from the work and service.
