★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paid incredibly high prices for two packets. The second time I paid an extra 6 euros to be informed by text message that it had arrived. No message ever came even though the office it was sent to has mailed me to say it is there. A bad service.... 2 weeks later and they have not refunded me or even replied to say that the issue has been looked into. very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ι was waiting for a parcel from Germany. It took the company about three weeks to finally ship here to Greece which I am willing to accept because of Civd-19 related delays. However, after arrival in my home town, the expected delivery date was 10 days further down. I really do not understand why the parcel needs to stay in a warehouse in Thessaloniki, less than 3.5 kilometers from where I live , for 10 days before delivery and the only way to speed things up is for me to go and pick it up.
