★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, the guy working there is friendly enough when you’re forced to go there to collect a package but my suspicion is that he’s a liar. Twice I’ve been because packages weren’t delivered and each time he told me it was going to be delivered tomorrow. Yeah, right! Tomorrow would never have come. The first package I waited a week before just going, and then the second time, after it had arrived on the Friday, I picked it up on the Monday as I didn’t trust it would be delivered. For some reason each time when these packages arrived in Chania it said on the website that they were to be collected not delivered as requested by the sender. Not true! The sender paid for them to be delivered to my home address. Then each time I collected the DHL guy stated on the system that they had been delivered rather than collected, even when I told him not to and to put that it was collected. I don’t know if they’re lazy or understaffed but I do expect DHL to give us a partial refund. Pretty poor service.
