★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η συνεννόηση για τοποθέτηση 2 κλιματιστικων έγινε μέσω τηλεφώνου. Δεν χρειάστηκε καν να πάω στο κατάστημα Ο πωλητής αφού ενημερώθηκε για τις ανάγκες, μου πρότεινε τα κατάλληλα προϊόντα. Οι εργασίες τοποθέτησης έγιναν με πολύ προσοχή στον χώρο και επαγγελματισμό.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι. Ήρθαν οι τεχνικοι, μας έβαλαν το κλιματιστικό γρήγορα και χωρίς ζημιές, καθάρισαν ότι σκόνες κλπ προεκυψαν, άψογοι στη δουλειά τους και στους τρόπους τους. Πολλα μπραβο παιδιά!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είναι καλό να ψωνίζεις αυτό που θέλεις από ειδικούς και όχι από διάφορους εμπόρους!! Βρεθήκαμε σε αυτό το κατάστημα, επειδή μας το σύστησαν δυο φίλοι. Δεν γνώριζα ότι υπάρχει στο Ηράκλειο! Πήγα λοιπόν για να αγοράσω κλιματιστικό. Ο άνθρωπος που με εξυπηρέτησε, μου είπε πολύ περισσότερες πληροφορίες, για διάφορα κλιματιστικά, εκτός από το όνομά τους, την ενεργειακή του κλάση και την τιμή τους. Μου έδειξε ότι γνωρίζει τι πουλάει, τι είναι καλό και τι όχι. Τι να αποφύγω και τι να κοιτάξω. Και πάνω από όλα...μου είπε ότι είναι η di babbo εδώ για όλα. Βλάβες, σέρβις, συντήρηση..και όχι το όνομα του κλιματιστικού. Αν δεν έχετε πειστεί ακόμα..θα σας πω πως η τιμές τους είναι πάρα πολύ καλές!!! Δεν μπορώ να μην βάλω 5 αστέρια όμως...γιατί αν και μόλις "γνωριστήκαμε"..με εξυπηρέτησαν άμεσα! Και το εννοώ. Αγόρασα σήμερα και αύριο μπορούν να κάνουν τοποθέτηση!!

So I went to buy an air conditioner. The person who served me told me a lot more information about different air conditioners, in addition to their name, energy class and price. He showed me that he knows what he sells, what is good and what is not. What to avoid and what to look for. And above all ... she told me that she is the di babbo here for everything. Faults, service, maintenance ... and not the name of the air conditioner. If you are not convinced yet..I will tell you that their prices are very good !!! I can not not put 5 stars though ... because although we just "met" .. they served me immediately! And I mean it. I bought today and tomorrow they can place !!
