★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το Δια χειρός το ανακάλυψα σήμερα τυχαία και μπήκα να πάρω ένα κομμάτι πίτας καθως είδα στην βιτρίνα στα δείγματα τους ότι το φυλλο τους ήταν χειροποίητο. Επέλεξα λοιπόν ένα κομμάτι κρεατόπιτας και έπαθα την πλάκα μου! Η πιο νόστιμη πίτα που έχω φάει στην ζωή μου! Το φυλλο είναι χειροποίητο και τραγανό, δεν έχει καθόλου λάδι ή βούτυρο είναι λες και είναι ψημένη στον αέρα και ο κιμάς ήταν ΤΕΛΕΙΟΣ! Σωστή δοσολογία αλατιού χώρις περιττά λιπαρα και σαλτσες με εξαιρετικη ποιότητα κρέατος. Δεν νιώθεις οξύτητα και ανθυγιεινό σε κανένα σημείο, και στο στομάχι είναι λες και έφαγες ποιοτικό σπιτικο φαγητό. Σίγουρα θα γίνει στέκι μου και το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα να το δοκιμάσετε!
I accidentally discovered Dia hand by hand today and went in to get a piece of pie as I saw in the window in their samples that their sheet was handmade. So I chose a piece of meat pie and had fun! The most delicious pie I have ever eaten in my life! The sheet is handmade and crispy, it has no oil or butter it is as if it is cooked in the air and the minced meat was PERFECT! Proper dosage of salt without unnecessary fats and sauces with excellent quality meat. You do not feel acidic and unhealthy anywhere, and in the stomach it is as if you ate quality homemade food. It will definitely become my hangout and I highly recommend you try it!
