d	dafni vlachou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σε μια δειγματοληψία για εξέταση ρουτίνας που κάνω σχεδόν κάθε χρόνο ο κύριος που πήρε το δείγμα έκανε λάθος και μου δημιούργησε πληγή. Όταν αργότερα πήρα τηλέφωνο να ρωτήσω αν είναι φυσιολογικό να έχεις πόνο μετά από καλλιέργεια μου είπαν ότι μια ενόχληση είναι αναμενόμενη. Ξανακάλεσα αργότερα γιατί ο πόνος ήταν πάρα πολύ οξύς και έντονος και φυσικά δεν είχαν κάτι να μου πουν γιατί προφανώς είχαν κάνει λάθος. Ευτυχώς μετά από κάποιες μέρες η πληγή επουλώθηκε από μόνη της. Έχω ξανακάνει καλλιέργεια αλλά δεν έχω πονέσει ποτέ τόσο πολύ. Ειλικρινά, δεν το συστήνω σε κανέναν ακόμα και αν οι εξετάσεις ήταν φθηνότερες από άλλα κέντρα - θεωρώ ότι δεν αξίζει το ρίσκο. Όχι μόνο λόγω του λάθους αλλά λόγω και της αντιμετώπισης και συμπεριφοράς μετά. edit για την απάντηση του κέντρου: Και μόνο το γεγονός ότι αναρτάτε δημόσια αποτελέσματα εξετάσεων ασθενών δείχνει το επίπεδο επαγγελματισμού σας. Τα αποτελέσματα εξετάσεων είναι εμπιστευτικά και το να τα αναρτάτε στο διαδίκτυο δείχνει πόσο χαμηλό είναι το επίπεδο του κέντρου σας. Ο πόνος μου προήλθε μόνο και μόνο από την λάθος δειγματοληψία και έτσι εξηγείται ότι τον ένιωσα μόνο αφότου ήρθα στο κέντρο σας. Νομίζω αυτή η αξιολόγηση θα βοηθήσει πολλούς να καταλάβουν εάν πρέπει να σας επισκεφθούν ή οχι. Επιφυλάσσομαι ρητά παντός νομίμου δικαιώματος μου. In a routine sampling that I do almost every year the gentleman who took the sample made a mistake and hurt me. When I later got on the phone asking if it was normal to have post-culture pain I was told that an inconvenience was to be expected. I called again later because the pain was very sharp and intense and of course they had nothing to tell me because they were obviously wrong. Fortunately after a few days the wound healed on its own. I have cultivated again but I have never suffered so much. Honestly, I do not recommend it to anyone even if the exams were cheaper than other centers - I do not think it is worth the risk. Not only because of the mistake but also because of the treatment and behavior afterwards. edit for the center's response: Just the fact that you post public exam results shows your level of professionalism. Test results are confidential and posting them online shows how low your center level is. My pain came only from the wrong sampling and so it is explained that I felt it only after I came to your center. I think this evaluation will help many to understand whether they should visit you or not. I expressly reserve all my legal rights.
N	Nicos Darzentas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 αστέρια γιατί κατόπιν προγραμματισμένου ραντεβού, εξυπηρετηθηκα με (μικρή ομολογουμένως - 20 λεπτό) καθυστέρηση. Ενώ είχε κλειστεί τηλεφωνικά το ραντεβού, δεν είχε δηλωθεί στο σύστημα. Επίσης, ενώ έχω ξανακάνει εξέταση στο συγκεκριμένο κέντρο (πριν 1 χρόνο), δεν με βρίσκανε στη βάση δεδομένων τους. Η αιτιολογία ήταν η αλλαγή προγράμματος, αλλά δεν μου ακούστηκε πολύ λογικό (εύκολα από ένα erp μεταφέρει κάνεις τα δεδομένα σε ένα άλλο). Στα υπόλοιπα, στο συγκεκριμένο διαγνωστικό κεντρο όλα λειτουργούν σωστά και επαγγελματικά. 4 stars because after a scheduled appointment, I was served with a (admittedly short - 20 minutes) delay. While the appointment was closed by phone, it was not registered in the system. Also, while I have re-examined at this center (1 year ago), they did not find me in their database. The reason was the change of program, but it did not sound very logical to me (you easily transfer data from one erp to another). In the rest, in this specific diagnostic center everything works properly and professionally.

Τους συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα I visited the doctor for a COVID test due to symptoms. Flawless professionals, with tremendous immediacy and courtesy. At least I did not come out positive ?. I highly recommend them
