★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ιδιαίτερα καλός! Είχα μεγάλο θέμα με την ρύθμιση του φωσφόρου επί μήνες. Σε ελάχιστο χρονικό διάστημα, με ρύθμισε. Η διατροφή που μου πρότεινε, συμβαδίζει απόλυτα με την αιμοκάθαρση που κάνω. Όλα είναι σε ισορροπία πλέον! Μπράβο Γιάννη, είσαι άψογος.

Καφαντάρης βοήθησε έναν άνθρωπο από το στενό οικογενειακό μου περιβάλλον ώστε να μειωθούν αρκετά οι τιμές στις αιματολογικές εξετάσεις που ήταν πολύ πάνω από το όριο. παρόλο που μας χωρίζουν πάρα πολλά χιλιόμετρα η συνεργασία μας είναι εξαιρετική μέσω skype. Πάντα πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει και να δώσει λύσεις σε όποια προβλήματα προέκυπταν. Έχουμε άμεση απάντηση στις απορίες μας. Συνεχίζουμε την εξαιρετική συνεργασία μας, ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αρχικά, να πω πως γράφω αυτή την αξιολόγηση με ένα μεγάλο χαμόγελο. Γιατί; Γιατί 1) με την καθοδήγηση του κ. Καφαντάρη έχασα 10 κιλά σε 36 μέρες, χωρίς ιδαίτερες στερήσεις, και συνεχίζω, και 2) μαθαίνω να τρέφομαι σωστά. Η συνεργασία με τον κ. Καφαντάρη είναι άψογη (κι ας γίνεται μέσω skype αφού είμαι κάτοικος εξωτερικού) καθώς είναι το ίδιο ευέλικτος στα ραντεβού όσο και στο πρόγραμμα διατροφής που προτείνει και δε με κάνει να νιώθω τύψεις για την εκάστοτε - μικρή - παρασπονδία. Ένα μεγάλο δημόσιο ευχαριστώ!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Λέγομαι Έλενα καραμπή είμαι νεφροπαθης από μεταμόσχευση, με μία κρεατινίνη της τάξεως του 1,5 και ουρία γύρω στα 0, 75 Χάρις στη διατροφή του κυρίου Καφαντάρη, η ουρια μου έχει πέσει στο 0,43 και κρεατινίνη μου στο 1,1... πραγματικά η διατροφή του μου έδωσε μία απίστευτη νεφρική λειτουργία Συν το ότι έχασα και κάποια περιττά κιλάκια.... αυτό με έχει βοηθήσει πάρα πολύ στην καθημερινότητά μου, έχει γίνει πλέον τρόπος ζωής, και το τελευταίο εξάμηνο βλέπω αλλαγές στον οργανισμό μου, και όχι μόνο στις εξετάσεις

My weight loss journey started in September 2021 and up to now I have lost an amazing 7 kg! Over the years I have always struggled to lose weight and I used to get bored and discouraged after not seeing results but now with Mr Kafantari’s help I have learned to eat clean and healthy without starving myself. He has supported me mentally as well by video calls as (I live abroad) and helped me stay strong and patient. I can not thank him enough??
