★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είναι τραγικό να υπάρχουν τη σημερινή μέρα επιχειρήσεις όπως η Diamant Medical Equipment. Η εμπειρία μου ήταν εξίσου τραγική όπως και η κυρία που βρήκα εκεί και με εξυπηρέτησε. Νομίζω μόλις είχε έρθει από τη Γαλλία. Κάτι τέτοιο. Δεν μπορώ να κατανοήσω το λόγο που ενώ ως πελάτης πήγα εκεί αντιμετώπισα μια επιθετική συμπεριφορά για το προϊόν το οποίο ενδιαφέρομουν, καθώς και την πλήρη αδιαφορία της επιχείρησης στα αιτήματά μου για ενημέρωση, κατεύθυνση, καθώς και βοήθεια στο πρόβλημα της μητέρας μου το οποίο πραγματικά ντράπηκα που το ανέφερα κιόλας εκεί μέσα. Εκτός του ότι θεωρώ απαράδεκτη τη συμπεριφορά της DIAMANT και αντιανθρώπινη (αν υπάρχει αυτή η λέξη για να μην πω καμιά πιο βαριά), μου ζητήσαν και τα ρέστα στο τέλος γιατί δεν γνώριζα λέει τι ήθελα !! Φαντάσου τώρα να έχεις το βάσανό σου και οι τύποι απο τη Γαλλία να σου κάνουν και καζούρα από πάνω. Πραγματικά πιστεύω ότι επιχειρήσεις σαν την εν λόγω θα πρέπει να εκλείψουν από την ελληνική αγορά. Προτείνω μακριά από δαύτους !!
 It is tragic to have businesses like Diamant Medical Equipment nowadays. My experience was just as tragic as the lady I found there and served me. I think he had just come from France. Something like that. I can't understand why while I went there as a customer I encountered aggressive behavior on the product I was interested in, as well as the complete lack of business in my requests for information, direction, and assistance to my mother's problem which I was really embarrassed about that I mentioned already there. In addition to finding DIAMANT's behavior inhumane and unacceptable (if that word is to say the least), I was also asked at the end because I didn't know what he wanted !! Imagine now having your suffering and guys from France making you crank up. I truly believe that businesses like this one should disappear from the Greek market. I suggest away from these !!
