★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service, AGGRESSIVE and RUDE! MANY other bad reviews say this and I can absolutely confirm that YOU WILL BE SCAMMED. The business owner becomes extremely dangerous and will make you feel UNSAFE if you have any issues. I have never felt like a business owner would ever attack me until I came here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. He delivered all the ATVs with near empty tanks, even after pointing this fact to the owner. One of my friends couldn’t make to the nearest gas station, had to call the store until they came back with a bottle of gas to fill just barely enough to make it to the gas station. Rude and bad service overall. This is the last place you would come after checking availability in every other store in the island, and still you should ask yourself if it is worth it. STAY AWAY

The agency gave us a quad in very bad condition in August 2021 and asked us to pay to repair it. We had to block our credit card to avoid being scammed of 1000€.
Finally, the store manager did not want to talk to women and was very unpleasant with his customers.
I do not recommend at all this agency!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a terrible experience. He gave us false information on pricing. We prepaid for the rental for 3 days, wanted to cancel after a day and he would not give a refund. Terrible customer service. We Asked if we could drop the buggy at the port and it was just a straight no answer then when we rented from a different company and went to return his machine, he said we could it would have just been an extra charge. Would not recommend anyone to rent here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! I've rented the first quad and it turned off every time I get a curve. Until one point which I couldn't ride it for more than 100 metres. The second quad arrived 1 hour after this event, one guy left the quad in the middle of nowhere, no words said (he didn't speak english). Second Quad review: No breaks at all (check the video), no automatic start and once again keep on shutting off and hard to turned it on. I called the owner several times and sent videos about the quad he had rented me and he never replied. At this point, I just wanted my money back, everyone can have a bad experience, but I wasn't going to allow it twice in a row and with no interest from the other to fix the issue. The next day, I headed to the store to ask for my money and I nearly got into a fight with the owner. He was aggressive, shouting and hitting his head with a helmet, telling me that he was crazy. He didn't give us the money back, he gave me a third quad instead. NO BREAKS again, every time I parked the quad I did it putting 2 rocks on the wheels.
Conclusion: this guy is renting quads with no maintenance and service, he does not care about customer service or experience, he just cares about money.

One of the four wheelers had a problem the day I drove off with it, but the Owner had no problem swapping it out, and plus, he didn’t even try to put the blame on me with the “damages”. When I come back next year, I will definitely be using them again!
