Πήρα τηλέφωνο πάνω από 10 φορές ψάχνοντας τα δέματα και η απάντηση τους όλες τις φορές ήταν θα δούμε που είναι τα πράγματα και θα σας καλέσουμε πίσω δώστε μου το τηλέφωνο σας.Αυτή την απάντηση πήρα πολλαπλές φορές και από το γραφείο στο Ηρακλειο και από Αθήνα. Ποτέ δεν με πήραν πίσω για να με ενημερώσουν .Πλήρωσα τα διπλάσια χρήματα γιατί με είχαν διαβεβαιώσει ότι τα δέματα θα τα παρέδιδαν την επόμενη μέρα αρκεί να τους τα πηγενα στο χώρο τους πριν τη 1:00 για να προλάβουν να τα βάλουν στο καράβι. Είμαι πολύ δυσαρεστημένη με την συνεργασία μου μαζί τους. Λυπάμαι . Speed is an unknown word for sygkekrime company. From Heraklion to Thessaloniki delivery took 13 days. Their information does not exist. I called over 10 times searching packages and their response times all was to see where things are and will call you the phone back sas.Afti give me the answer I got multiple times and from the office in Heraklion and Athens. They never took me back to inform me .Plirosa twice as much money because I had been assured that packages will hand over the next day to suffice them pigena on their site before 1:00 to catch to put them in the boat. I am very unhappy with my cooperation with them. I'm sorry .
