Επίσης, σε βοηθάει να κάνεις συνήθεια τη σωστή διατροφή και όχι απλά να χάσεις κιλά. Το πρόγραμμα διατροφής εκτός από υγιεινό κι προσαρμοσμένο στα γούστα μου περιλαμβάνει τρομερές προτάσεις γευμάτων για αλλαγή ( δίνει η ίδια η διατροφολόγος τις συνταγές!). Για μένα είναι η καλύτερη επιλογή για όποιον θέλει να ξεκινήσει διατροφή!! Awesome professional and man! It shows understanding when you do some "wrongdoing" and it does not have the logic of punishment, something that I consider very basic! It also helps you get in the habit of eating right and not just losing weight. The diet program, in addition to being healthy and adapted to my tastes, includes awesome meal suggestions for change (the nutritionist herself gives the recipes!). For me it is the best choice for anyone who wants to start a diet !!
