Does anyone work in this service? They do not pick up any phone. None of the 7-8 different ones I got.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στον αριθμό που δίνετε στο sight της υπηρεσίας , δεν απαντάει ποτέ κανείς. Προσπαθούσα δύο εβδομάδες να επικοινωνήσω για να κάνω μια ερώτηση. Εκτός από το ότι είναι απαράδεκτο, όταν τελικά ήρθα ο ίδιος στα γραφεία σας, πληροφορήθηκα ότι αυτός ο αριθμός αντιστοιχεί στο τηλέφωνο του πρωτοκόλλου. Αλλάξτε τον αριθμό για να μπορεί ο κόσμος να εξυπηρετηθεί ή απαντήστε επιτέλους σε αυτόν που έχετε. Όσο για την υπάλληλο που με εξυπηρέτησε, ήταν ευγενέστατη και πολύ θετικός άνθρωπος!!
No one ever answers the number you give to the sight of the service. I was trying for two weeks to contact to ask a question. Apart from being unacceptable, when I finally came to your offices myself, I was informed that this number corresponds to the protocol phone. Change the number so that people can be served or finally respond to the one you have. As for the employee who served me, she was a very kind and very positive person !!
