★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγόρασα πρόσφατα ένα smartwatch Amazfit GTR 2. η Διαδικασία της αγοράς ήταν πολύ καλή σε χρόνους και επικοινωνία. Δυστυχώς το ρολόι παρουσίασε πρόβλημα σε 20 μέρες. Μετά από επικοινωνία μαζί τους το έστειλα στο κατάστημα με δική τους χρέωση. Το έλεγξαν σε εύλογο χρόνο και επειδή δεν ήταν επισκευάσιμο μου πρότειναν να μου στείλουν άλλο χρώμα (δεν υπήρχε αυτό που είχα αγοράσει αρχικώς) ή να μου κάνουν επιστροφή χρημάτων. Προτίμησα την επιστροφή χρημάτων όπου και έγινε αμέσως!! Πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση στο πρόβλημα και ευγένεια στο τηλέφωνο. Φαίνεται ένα κατάστημα που σέβεται τους πελάτες του. Προτιμήστε το άφοβα.
I recently bought an Amazfit GTR 2 smartwatch. The purchase process was very good in terms of time and communication. Unfortunately the watch had a problem in 20 days. After contacting them I sent it to the store at their own expense. They checked it in a reasonable time and because it was not repairable they suggested they send me another color (there was not what I had originally bought) or refund me. I preferred the refund where it was done immediately !! Very good service on the problem and courtesy on the phone. It looks like a store that respects its customers. Prefer it without fear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't answer when you have a problem with their products. I bought a expensive phone from Spain and when it stoped working before 1 year of use, they didn't answer to my mails neither to Amazon's requests to solve the problem. The phones they sell are made in a country outside the EU, and the manufacturer doesn't want to repair them under warranty, because the 2 years warranty only applies to the products made in the EU. I realised of this when contacting the manufacturer. Now I have to pay the repair of the phone myself or buy another one, even though it should be under warranty. Don't buy anything here! You may regret.
